- 2Tbsp Green onion
(ねぎ)
- 1Tsp Minced garlic

- 20g Unsalted butter

- Mozzarella cheese

- Bake at 180℃ for 15 minutes

I made this today for the first time and it was sooo good. It was super soft and looked exactly like the original. I recommend decreasing the sugar because its too sweet. Everyone loved it and asked me for the recipe 😃.
I’m just made it and put it in the oven. First time I’ve ever followed a UA-cam recipe so I’m gonna see how it goes!

How long did it take in the oven with you please?
Because for me, it took 25 min and it was done from bottom but didn’t take the full color from top in the same time, so I had to turn on the grill

I was going through the comments on nino’s latest ig post and so many of them were begging him to show his face, some even threatening to unsubscribe if he didn’t. I'd honestly recommend adding little bits of butter into the dough vs all of it at once. Takes slightly longer but it's so much easier to manage.
