I made this today for the first time and it was sooo good. It was super soft and looked exactly like the original. I recommend decreasing the sugar because its too sweet. Everyone loved it and asked me for the recipe 😃.
How long did it take in the oven with you please? Because for me, it took 25 min and it was done from bottom but didn’t take the full color from top in the same time, so I had to turn on the grill

I'd honestly recommend adding little bits of butter into the dough vs all of it at once. Takes slightly longer but it's so much easier to manage.
