One of the things I will miss is Diesel talking and expressing his expert opinion on things. He was far wiser that you Josh. LOL We all have fond memories of Diesel and yes, all dogs do go to heaven. Wow, Theo is growing up so fast and is such a good looking little guy. The Diesel ramp will be great for Theo to have toy truck races on .
Every video I watch of you will be in memory of Diesel. He was given the best life and got to explore a lot more than any other dogs. He was very lucky to have you and it has been a great pleasure sharing him with us. My heart is heavy and my tears continues to flow but I know he is happily exploring the world from up above. He will always be in our hearts forever.
Diesel is riding in the coolest show truck, going down the clearest road on the prairies, watching all the cows ❤ And I agree Josh. When I had to watch my cat pass in front of me I kept telling her I would see her again. God is loving and powerful. I’m sure he could work something out to give us that. Keeping you guys in my thoughts.
Sorry to hear of your loss; met Diesel, Sargeant and you back a long time ago; episode 527 if I can remember; we too have lost our pet just last week after 19 years; I know what you are going through and can feel your pain; take care; he shared his life with you and you are a better human because of him; RIP Diesel; be well and stay safe Josh!!!
“It’s just a dog”. Those words are not part of my vocabulary! I LOVE my animals and the mere thought of losing them is just painful. I understand the love you will always have for Diesel. Thanks for sharing!
I have seen interviews of people that have passed away and were brought back. They claim to have seen their dogs. Other dogs. God knows what makes us happy. Our animals are waiting on us along with the people we will see again.
Pets are family members too and there is no shame in mourning for them. We never had a dog but we had a cat and he was with us for 15 years. When he left the whole family was crying for days and the house felt empty and lifeless. They are just such a big part of our lives and the gap they leave behind is o big 😢
Pets are family!! My wife and I had the pleasure to meet Diesel and yourself many years ago in London. We always enjoyed watching your adventures together! Our condolences to your family.
What you said about some people can relate to the pain of losing a pet and others never had one but very very few have had a pet that's been at their side 24/7 for 9 years (Big difference). Josh you did a great job on building that ramp. STAY STRONG PAL 🙏
Theo is as cute as a Bug! My, how he has grown! Love that ramp, you did a fantastic job on it. Take care of yourselves and Blessings to you and your family over Diesel's passing.
We tried to go no pups after Lucy passed. We lasted 6 months and ended up with 2 that we love dearly and just as much. It just takes some healing from the Lord.
Josh, I had a dog for 13 and a half years. He left us in 1993 and I still think of him every day. The only thing that softens the sadness is to get another dog. Sounds calloused, I guess but the dogs accept this situation far better than we do.
What you are feeling is normal. But realize that he got to go places that other dogs don't get to. Remember the good times that you had with him and honor his memory by saving another life. There's too many dogs in shelters that would love to be your new companion and be a best friend to your family ❤.
I get it, the pain is real, for me it was my cats, my husband and I had 3 wonderful cats over our marriage and they died ,one by one over the years somewhere between 13 and 15 years of age. After we lost the last one I didn't want any more pets... however a stray kitten showed up at our door one day, and now we have a half tame little barn kitty, she is sweet, but very independent, we were able to get her spayed so we won't have any more kitties. she is our little guard cat, protecting our yard from mice.
Our pets are a great part of our family; I've always rescued dogs, and in the last 25 years, I have had two rescues who have passed away, They passed away, but they still have a little bit of a huge part of your heart. You are so good to your fur family, God Bless, You and your family are in my prayers at this time
My hubs and I were talking just this morning about how uncomplicated dogs are. They just want to be with us, that makes them happy. We’ve been cat people for 50 years, but a neighbor passed four years ago and one of her five dogs needed a home. So…this 4-year old chihuahua went to live with 5 cats. Life has been hilarious since then, and I can’t imagine life without that little bundle (9 pounds and long-hair) of fluff. Diesel was always the star of the show.
Been watching almost from day one. I remember Sargent also. I'm 67 and have a bit of ptsd. We lost our Sky dog about eight years ago. I can't even think about replacing her. Loosing her was too painful. We have been your dogs to fill the void We miss Diesel so much. Prayers to you and Britt and family.
My profound condolences. Just wached the vlog about Diesel's last day, and this vlog. Some of your memories made me remember some of the images folks sent in on twitter long ago. Diesel was always put forward in those images. Hope the light keeps shining on you and your family. Take care. Cheers Bobby
The hardest thing I ever had to do was clean my little girl’s last doggy art on the window. Tore me up all over again. I have zero doubt our pups are waiting for us with our family members. Keep the faith brother!
Don't blame you at all for how your feeling, Josh. Being pet parents is amazing, and hard when they leave us. Personally, I believe all animals go to heaven. I know my cats and puppy are waiting for me on the other side. Diesel will see you again. Take the time you need, hug your family and the boys harder, and stay strong, brother.
Lord Diesel is allways watcheing you all from above as a guardian Angle and will drive with you where ever you go! I think he's waiting to see you again. He had the best life a dog can deserve with you. So great to see that even his end was so lovely and the best one a dog could have. So I think he had a good last journey over the rainbow bridge. The remembering Video makes me cry and remembered me a lot of our last dog we've had. That's where you couldn't hold back your emotions. But that's life and this is good. 🙏🕯🌈🚚
So sorry for your loss. I have watch you since Diesel was a pup. I lost my dog at 14 years. I was not in the mood for another dog but about six months later I met up with a rescue dog that had been abused. She has been with me for 2 years and is almost 12. I have had dogs all my life and they are family for sure.
Thank you for sharing your feelings, your family, and your adorable son. He's quite the little ham. Can't believe how fast time passes, seeing him running around, such a happy little guy. Bet you and Brit were just as cute as he is at his age. You can definitely tell he gets lots of loving. There is definitely heaven, and Diesel is definately looking down on you, but happy in the arms of our Lord Jesus Christ our saviour. You can be sure of it. Sending lots of love to you, Brit, Theo, Chevy, Weiner, and all your family members. ❤
Hey Josh just watched your video, you can see the grief and heartache in your eyes and voice, I’m so sorry for your loss I’m sure the house fills so empty. I am praying for peace and comfort for you and your family. Cherish the life long memories of Diesel, you could tell he really loved his family and life, I’m sure he’s taking those three mile walks now with no problems at all. You need a tattoo of the lord of the Weasel so he will be with you wherever you go. Long live Diesel the Weasel ! 🙏🙏
Hi Trucker Josh great video as always have a safe trip with Old Blue god bless you and your family love to here Britt and Theo in the background He's so darn cute and nice to see Chevy I can see he's missing his good buddy Diesel Chevy will be watching over Theo and Winner looks really cute he gets up the ramp well god bless
dbl clutch Ron, So sorry you no longer have diesel. he's in a better place, no pain. I'm sure he missed riding with you and vise versa. Dogs bring so much magic when with us. Such a loss to your family. I've had to do the same with several dogs. I hate playing God saying this animal should be put down. Remember he's with god in heaven, that the memories you have are precious, Blessing too your family. my friend. Ron
As time goes on, the memories that hurt so much to think now will bring more smiles and less tears. If only we could fast forward past these sore times. ❤
Josh- I have not been able to watch any of your videos on Diesel as it has been too painful. To me, a dog is like a child that never grows up. My boys are grown and have moved away. I will never be the same after losing my dog last year. Know that you and your family are in my thoughts.😥
The memories of your time together may seem to be painful at first, but they helped me a lot during the time of mourning after the passing of my best friend on paws. Still sending prayers and love to your family
Dogs are a part of the family. 😊They are our furbabies. Sorry for your loss Josh. My deepest condolences. 🖤 (In the last month I haven't been around to watch your vlogs every day. My life got a bit topsy-turvy (work troubles).)
Looks like you did a really good job on the Diesel ramp. The railing is a good idea. Your're turning into a regular Tim the tool man Taylor. That's another sad part about our pets is when their health goes bad it goes so quickly. Stay safe
Great video... QUESTION : Why don't truckers use braided line hoses on the motor ? I know it's more expensive but the longevity & durability is so worth it. And looks better / cleaner.
It takes time to get over the loss of a fur baby. I had my last doggy so. For just shy of 17 years when he passed away. It was two years before i even though of getting a new furry child. I have now had my sweet chiweenie Rudy for 7 years.
2005 I lost my golden gal, a Golden Retriever name Shawny when she was 11. I'm still not over it. Josh, I would have taken a few days from work to let the loss heal a bit. You need to be with family now. I dunno, that's just what I feel. You may be braver than me. I've never met Diesel and yet I feel his loss. He was a huge part of watching your channel. And I think Chevvy misses him a lot!
My heart breaks for you and your family. Truly I know that feeling all too well. I lost my beautiful boy Sept 2023 at 12.5 years. It hasn’t been the same without him. Can’t wait til the day we all get to be back together with our sweet puppers again forever. They are a truly God love. God Bless you and your family.
my heart goes out to you and the family trucker josh i know exactly how it feels it's so hard to let go I've been there myself never the easiest things to do and they are family that's how i feel to about it
Josh, I felt the same way when I lost my King Milo and Rockin Rocky, who looked a twin to Diesel. Milo and Rocky, who were brothers, were inseparable and was always lov8ng to my wife and I. I never forget them and c9nnot wait to one day play with them again!!!!!
chevy sure is a beautiful pup. there is an American company (not sure if it ships to Canada or not) that does permanent house lights that will do a few holidays like 4 of July - Halloween - Thanksgiving - Christmas that'll mix in with the house (you can't tell they are on there during the day unless they are lit. saves the putting up and taking down
It must be hard for other dogs when their family passes away because they have no concept of death and don't understand where their family member has gone. I think if you can afford it, you should get chevy a puppy to play with and chevy will raise the puppy as his own :)
Hey, Josh... It's good to see you continuing to post...(maybe doing so is a distraction for you!!?) "Whatever helps," right?! As for people asking whether you might get another dog or when; take no notice!! People who ask those questions, either have never had a dog or see a dog as nothing more than an animal, but dogs are SO MUCH MORE than that, they're lovable, loyal companions who are always there for us!! They know when we're happy & they want to share I our happiness, but they can sense when we're feeling down, emotionally, or physically & they come to us in a very "knowing" way & want to be by our side and/or rest their heads on our laps; they're so, so clever!! Anyway; take care of yourself & your family. As always; much love to you, Brit & Theo!! 🇮🇪❤️🇨🇦xx
One thing I love about Diesel was how you made his voice. It made me smile a lot.
We where just talking about that. We will miss that so much 😔

Sorry for your loss Josh. My deepest condolences. 🖤
(In the last month I haven't been around to watch your vlogs every day. My life got a bit topsy-turvy (work troubles).)
You could make a plaque for the ramp in honour of Diesel. Like “Diesel Memorial Ramp” 😊
Looks like you did a really good job on the Diesel ramp. The railing is a good idea.
Your're turning into a regular Tim the tool man Taylor.
That's another sad part about our pets is when their health goes bad it goes so quickly.
Stay safe
Our tree is already up lol
Very sorry for your loss

Your attempts at humour were a hit for me in this vlogg cause I know it isn't easy.
We all loved Diesel too and will miss seeing him

Great BIG SQUEEZE!!!! Hugs Brother!!!
Somehow you managed to make me chuckle throughout this video even tho you're going through a hard time right now
Billy Graham
“God will prepare everything for our perfect happiness in heaven, and if it takes my dog being there, I believe he'll be there.”
Rest in heaven ❤️
We lived the same with our cat trixi. Sorry for the loss.
You did a very good job with the ramp!
Hang in there bud. Sorry, but it doesn’t get easier. These damn dogs man.. ♥️

Gonna miss deisiel watched you and him sense 2016 and he was the greatest boy
We will all be remembering him forever pal. He put lassie to shame
How is that off brand tire working out?
He was a grade dog and the main actor of the Chanel RIP
The other dogs need a bit off extra attention aswel they know what has happened and a dog grieves aswel.
