Just remember this Josh, even though Lord Weasel isn't physically there when your out rolling 18 with Old Blue Lord Weasel is still riding shotgun as co-pilot in spirit.❤❤❤❤
Josh you are a man I look up to. Hearing you talk about Diesel is very touching as well as talking about Britt. You will always be one of my favorite people on UA-cam. Much love from Southern Arizona.
Josh you are a great amazing loving dad and husband. It’s so very difficult to lose our companion, I lost my black lab Abby a little over two years ago. It’s not easy to move forward but we do move one step at a time. Hug those you love, human and otherwise, and know that you will be ok, it just doesn’t feel that way right now. I never thought I would want another dog, but your video of Diesel has given me the strength that I need a new “Abby” in my life. So something good, though it may feel not important right now, has brought a new meaning and love to my heart and soul. I’m so so sorry for your and Brit’s loss. Diesel lives on in my thoughts. And you & Brit & Theo live on in my heart felt thoughts. May you all find peace in your loss.
Josh, you never have to apologize about talking about diesel. I love hearing you talk about him. He was a great family member so please don’t apologize.
To be honest. When Diesel wasn't with you in the truck anymore I stopped follow every vlog. I watched because of Diesel. Your tribiute to him was so beatiful! ❤️
Theos gonna have the best home movie collection ever! Something that’s been in your life for 13 years isn’t easy to get over. My mom’s parents passed away 3 years ago and it still makes me cry thinking about it
Peace and respect to you Josh! I have a Black Lab, Harley. My heart aches for you at the loss of Diesel. I’ve enjoyed watching you and Diesel since about 2012. Only apologize if you stop talking about Diesel. Thanks so much for sharing your life with us!
Diesel will be missed by all of us i have been watching you from almost the begining you had only had him for like 6 months when i discovered your channel RIP Lord Diesel keep the awesome content coming
Sorry for your loss, Diesel had the best life ever with you. Sometime in the future when your ready you will find a new fur buddy sitting in a rescue somewhere waiting for you to find him.
Josh, I can’t see how you’ve could’ve been any better to diesel. You gave him a phenomenal life. I am sure that there were plenty beautiful animals out there that wish they could had diesel life with you. You’re a great human being. Don’t forget that.
I enjoyed your video of Diesel it bought back memories of my boxer I had to have put to sleep it broke my heart and took me 20 years before I got another dog, my boxer was a daddies girl spoiled rotten, our new dog is a daschound and I love him a lot , please don't wait as long as I did my grief kept me close to another dog , here's my problem I'm close to 70 my dog is 3 and they live about 17 years , can't wait for Diesel's memorial video, have a safe trip.
Josh, i love the idea of you filming more at home. Another trucking vlog I follow makes it very known that his channel is not only about trucking but his whole family.
Stay strong Josh... you've had 13 wonderful years with your best friend and you should be so grateful for that time. Diesel is gone, will never be forgotten. We still talk fondly about our first dog that we had for 16 years. Take care and drive carefully Trucker Josh.
I am like another viewer that commented on here even though I am 37 and your 36 I still look up to you Josh a great man, husband and father. Don't be sorry about talking about Diesel it will take time and take all the time you need. I also like hearing you talking about him and Brit and the family. I like the trucking and home vlogs both equally. Stay safe out on the road and God bless. We love you all.
You're a good man Trucker Josh. I remember when I first found this channel you had a motorcycle in your living room!! This channel has been here through good times and bad both. Never stop man! Much love from Cleveland Ohio.
It was the BAND.. the brotherhood you two shared, not either of you alone. It was a great run Josh, and thank you for sharing it all. Don't feel bad for talking about Diesel, it's the way we deal with sorrow. So talk about it all you can, and we are here for ya bud.
Hi Josh I've been watching your videos for many year, and your trips with Diesel have been many and all of them memorable. I always loved how he seemed to like cows! Keep talking about him, it really helps with the process of healing. He was a very significant part of your trucking life - only surpassed by meeting your wife! I've been through a similar process as I lost both of my parents during COVID, and living in New Zealand, was unable to attend any of the family events surrounding their passing. I know Manitoba well as I grew up in Glenboro, and drove trucks to many of the same areas that you go to. Take came and God bless you and your family.
Josh, just know that there is no timeline for grief. Whether it be for human life or that of a best friend pet. Animals are so special in our lives, and when they are lost, so is a part of ourselves. Grieve at your own pace, and if that means that you never completely stop feeling that loss, it's fine. Talk about him, tell us stories, we do truly love to hear them.
Alot of ppl may say u get over a passing of either a person or animal over time but no u dont u just learn to keep living life cause life goes on with or without them so u put it in the back of ur mind so u dont go insane
Hi Josh, don’t feel bad when you think about Diesel, those feelings of welling up everytime you think about will eventually ease off over the years but never leave you , and tbh never should ❤️🐶 stay safe n be lucky.
Life is so very beautiful and amazing 🙏 I feel so sorry for people who can't find happiness. I can't wait to see the tribute vlog Christmas time. Seeing the backyard today made me thing about all your Christmas lights you string along the fence, how is Myrtle coming along ?
I agree with you there truck Josh. As I have been graduated from high school since 2006 and since 2013 I have been a truck driver but due to recent life events I have decided to go to college and take a heavy duty mechanic course cuz I can’t seem to find my dream of becoming an owner operator right now but a 4yr course in truck and trailer mechanics will help towards making that dream a reality
Hi Josh, please don't be so hard on yourself about the past, thinking of how you could have done better with Diesel. What we forget is we are going through different struggles and mindsets throughout our life, and even in those times, we're doing the best we can. It's always easy to look at our past and think we could have done better. But just knowing your awesome character, I can guarantee you did your best always with Diesel. Stay safe my friend ❤
Ur radio makes that noise to remind you to take the face plate off before you leave the vehicle I had a radio just like that hope ur having a great day
Very reflective vlogg..... Yes life itself is a a blessing. Yes more home time journaling would be good for you so as to have a more well rounded account of your days not to mention we all love seeing Britt, Theo and the dogs...... I'm really looking forward to the Christmas vlogg of Diesel now!!! Quite the undertaking... All the searching and editing... But it will be very special and well worth it. Imagine 80 and still putting out daily vloggs.... Wow.... That means I'll likely die still watching you daily lol. Ecuse me if I miss the last vlogg on my last day cause of the release time for your vlogg and my time of death lol. 😂 Anyway you are I believe the most dedicated vlogger there is! Perhaps you'll end up in the Guinness world book of records for this one day. Anyway now I'm ramblin..... Safe travels and God bless!
The one thing coming from a dog lover, for you know I am it will get better buddy but he’ll never go away and he’ll never be forgotten and I know it and you know what yeah it’s sad but you know what you’ve had a pain and you gave him the best life he could ever have so, andhe’s up there doing one of two things wait in the grass responder driver to get in the truck with a drive self leashes in a pain
We came here because your truck or Josh but there’s more to the truckers life than just the truck. There’s the wife no the rest of the family your son when your son gets older washing the truck with your son him hitting the road with a cretin. yeah, man memories it’ll last a lifetime, lots more memories to come
You don’t need to apologize as dog people get it so there’s no need for you to be sorry. It was now 13 years of your life. It was his life 13 years of memories that you’ll never forget.
We're all here for you Josh and Britt. If you ever need to talk, you know how to reach ever one of us. You know we'll listen. Any time any place. Of course we might take a day or two for us to answer. But we're always here. On the brighter side of things I meant to say something the last video. Theo I growing leaps and bounds. Already walking pretty well. Chatting up a storm. Interested in his surroundings. Britt will have her hands full ( not that she already doesn't) . She's a great woman and you're lucky to have her as a wife and your child's mother. She's a lucky person to have a hard working devoted man in her life as well. I think you have achieved the American and Canadian Dream. At least the important one. ( A happy family)
One day, and it'll happen faster than you can blink, Theo will be reaching up into those cabinets by himself. I'd bet he'll be taller than you. Rest easy, TJ.
How old was Britts weiner Mitsy? Missy? You talk about Diesel as much as you need to, that's how you heal. Our beagle was 16.5 years old when she passed. She was around for so long. We all still miss her, and I can't cut up veggies without remembering her dancing and getting sassy for veggies. Wasn't a veggie she didn't like. A play kitchen will be fun! My son had a play vacuum. For whatever reason, he had a thing for the vacuum, and I don't think chasing the dog around the house had anything to do with it. Lol. Poor MacLeod.
Please feel free to talk about Diesel whenever wherever and how long you want. You were saying it: he was a huge part of this channel for over a decade. It's still strange to see only two dogs waiting for the door to open instead of four 😔
