Really , when I was growing up and we had a big steak... us kids would fight over who got the plate with the blood juice to dip a slice of bread in. 😂
@@freedomrings1420 My wife wins that fight when I cook steak. I bring all the steaks in on one platter and once they are distributed, last steak on the platter is hers and the platter becomes her plate. :)

Yes. I've never understood steak sauce.
Some sauces are delicious. Although, that steak didn't look like it needed a sauce. I usually cook my steak in homemade "tallow", then add some butter for basting. I then collect the melted fat and butter, add some pepper, garlic powder, cayenne, Chipotle powder and smoked paprika, put it in a little wooden bowl and dip my steak in it... why? It tastes good.

I've been working on meat sauce without much in the way of spice or vegetables. I'm starting with beef stock. I might add cream...? I haven't done the experiment yet.

Do some videos on how to be on carnivore diet on a limited budget. Not many Americans can afford steak right now.
You need a freezer but it's a lot cheaper to buy a beef or half a beef from a local rancher or farmer. I usually pay around $5 per pound and eat for many months. If I bought meat at the store instead over that same amount of time it would be more than double or triple the cost. You also need to consider how much money you are saving by not buying all the other food at the store when you are only eating meat and eggs. Expenses get considerably lower on a carnivore diet but some people don't pay attention to that part of their finances and that is to their own detriment. Even your paper goods, cleaning supplies, etc. are used less. You use less garbage bags, less paper towels, and the list goes on. If you add up all your expenses when not on a carnivore diet and then what they are on a carnivore diet you should notice a huge difference.
