It's really not. 30 years ago 305 was a big bench. But powerlifters have gotten better and many more people can push up that kind of weight. 400 is the new 305. It's not a humble brag - its someone familiar with powerlifting.

Be a little honest. If you knew nothing about Dr B, saw his physique, size and were told his age, you'd wager TRT. To say he looks "nothing" like someone supplementing is a tad dishonest. I'm absolutely not saying he is. Role models who can do it natural at his age are amazing. Those who lie about it, which there are a long line of people, are despicable. I started developing all the symptoms associated with low testosterone on SAD. Fortunately I found carnivore first before looking into a medical solution. I didn't even go on carnivore for the low T issues initially, they just happened to reverse.
And further wisdom to come from my carnivore progress is not to compare yourself to others, but instead compare yourself to who you were yesterday.

I'm on TRT and it made a world of difference for me. If you do it properly you merely maintain normal range T levels. For me high end normal range made no difference vs mid/low range but results vary by individual. I had to come off for 4 years and all the old symptoms returned; gained fat weight, no motivation, no libido, grumpy, mild depression, mild anxiety, etc. No doubt TRT can be abused. But it can also work wonders. YMMV.

I’m 44, drug free and have significantly more muscle tone. The one thing I’ve learned when watching other people in the gym, people don’t know what hard work is, nor do they know how to take a good efficient rep on nearly any machine. It aint about speed and weight. It’s about time under tension and quality NOT quantity of the reps. Poor outcomes are 99% due to poor effort or technique.

Been lifting for 30 years. I'm 165 lb. I don't lift to get huge. However, I'm definitely starting to grow because of eating two steaks a day, or more. Breakfast and dinner. Yogurt, cottage cheese with full fat, and cashew, almond, peanut butter, one ingredient for snacks. I'm sorta shocked at how well it's working. For years, I didn't grow at all but was trying to keep the fat off. Now, it seems easier to keep the fat off and grow a bit more tone and bulk. I prefer endurance muscles over power due to sheer hunting advantages since I'm so primitive-minded even though I never hunt. lol It's a just-in-case, attitude.

Serious question, what is the goal of all the training? Preparing for something or just competing for records? Maybe for you it's sort of a sport? That's cool. That can't be true for everyone working out though. I understand regular exercise and fitness, but there is a point where my other recreational interests and hobbies need time and energy too.

People have little understanding of what testosterone in therapeutic doses (if you need it) does. It does not turn you into a muscle god. At 48, after 34 years of natural high intensity training I looked about like Dr. Baker but at 5'10". Then I got a head injury and over the course of a year my drive, energy, and enthusiasm for anything and everything faded. My T had dropped to below the reference ranges. However, I still pushed myself to work out and still had muscle. I did not eat junk. Lots of meat and fat like I had for years and little carbs. After 6 months of trying everything to get back to feeling good I reluctantly started TRT to get my zest for life back. I had become a grumpy old man at 49, wasn't fun to be around, and could only get myself to do even hobbies I love through willpower alone. It immediately got me back to my happy, fun loving self. Androgen deficiency sucks. After a year and change I still train as hard as ever, but am no more muscular or strong than I had been prior to my head injury.
In fact, I'm going to work with my endocrinologist to get off trt to see if my test will come back. I've read that post concussion, T and other hormones can be suppressed for 12-18 months and then can come back online. TRT is fine but I'd rather not have to do it. I'm confident Dr. Baker is not on any PED or TRT. I don't think he'd hesitate to admit going on TRT if he ever actually needs it.
Personally, I always felt good being stronger and more muscular naturally than most of the younger guys at the gym, even the spring/summer steroid cycling guys working on their beach bodies. Now that I'm on trt I feel like I can't enjoy that feeling anymore because I'm now "enhanced", whatever that means. The stigma of steroids is very pervasive, even in the mind of someone who knows better.

You are winning the race, dont let the naysayers take the opportunity for a gold medal from you by getting into the stands and arguing with the spectators who are booing you, just keep running well.

They just don’t want to put in the work. Carnivore will definitely help add muscle regardless of age .. I’m 63 and woody . T levels around 500 total. Most comment that I look great . I have been doing push-ups to failure for 35 years. Wife says I have a gun show every weekend

Haters will hate no matter what. Keep doing you! I am 72 and also power lift. Being a 4 month carnivore has made that so much easier. I am building muscle faster now than I did when I ate 6 small low fat high protein meals a day and downed protein shakes several times a day. I love being a carnivore, lost 33 lbs and feel fantastic!!

Testosterone can be low but androgenic activity can still be very high.
Because there are multiple factors like androgen receptors, free testosterone, DHT, cortisol, estrogen etc.
If your T is low but you feel energetic, driven, confident, recover well, high libido then there is probably nothing wrong.

300 lbs is awesome. My max that I worked out with bench pressing was 420 lbs but moved down on purpose to about 385 lbs because my hand speed in boxing was to slow at 420 lbs plus for what I wanted to do cross training worked well with running between 5-10 miles, swimming in the Olympic pool at Centennial Sports Plex in Nashville and I was leg sledding 900 lbs. That was before carnivore but, I was eating junk. I definitely didn't take anything. I am 60 now. Yes I have tried testosterone replacement therapy but I have noticed that it seems to be staying higher and longer than a shot typically last. I would prefer to go back to all natural. DHEA increases my testosterone up to 2,700 ng. That's 3x the normal high range for a 21 year old or, are these just guesses of where they think testosterone levels should be? When you realize how much the normal American diet of processed fake food is lowering our testosterone and affecting all of our hormones it is a major eye opener and should cause anyone to research and to make the same changes that y'all have made and I am making. I've had similar results as you.

I can bench 275 lbs at 180 lbs without practicing the lift. Long arms but I know how to bench and have a good amount of muscle. Bench press is a skill. Most people have more strength then they realize I wouldn’t call benching 305 a clear sign of testosterone use.

4:30 "Now would be a good time". Yes it would, because you need to get tested by an anti-doping federation (USADA) in order for you world record to count. So of course you're willing to get tested now. This man is very well aware of what he's doing.
