Mistyfoot is so underrated!! Not only is she Bluestar's daughter, but a great leader in her own right. She was the oldest cat in the forest and the longest leader at one point! Truly a legend!
I love how this doesnt paint either misty or leopard in an evil light! It shows how misty was hurt by leopard without making leopard starr a straight up villian and you don’t find animations like this very often now. Im so excited for this to be finished
I feel like with a tiny bit of cleanup this storyboard could already just be a completed limited animation MAP lmao. It looks absolutely stunning, so it makes me kind of sad that an obvious passion project is going to be replaced with another version. (Not that the participants won't also be passionate about it, but there's something special about spending this much time on the skeleton.)
The storyboard will probably be still available after the full map released, besides that I always think the greater the storyboard the greater the finished map will be, there's just no way better to express the ideas the artist wants for their map than to make a great storyboard

I’m astonished at how well-organized the script is. And the background and character designs are beautiful. The theme of coping with loss is one that I don’t often see as well (at least with WC projects) . I can already feel how emotional this MAP will be and ill to forward to everyone’s progress!

Girl is given away after losing her sister, her friend (Silver) dies, her foster mom dies, her bio mom dies, and her brother is killed for being half-Clan....and it gets worse goodness god. Her mate sides with Hawkfrost, aka that guy who's trying to take her role as deputy. Leopardstar is still an a-hole. All of her kits besides Reedwhisker die UGH my heart! Her life is full of many twists and turns. I find it interesting that when she becomes leader she becomes the worst version of herself. As time passes, she becomes cold and uncaring. It makes sense, considering how much she goes through and how old she is. I remember reading Mistystar's Omen, and this lady is like 'im so tired omg how can I serve my Clan nine more times when I can barely move my feet?' Misty feels like the stressed old women who never got to retire
