Hi! Thank you for this great short video. I just wish you had either indented the first word of each paragraph or skipped a line between paragraphs! I spend so much time trying to make my students do this! I won't be able to use your example in class.
I'm taking the exam this Saturday, and I'm pretty confident about the speaking part. I'll somehow manage to pass the listening and the use of English part, but the writing part? Oh boy, I'm so bad at writing essays, I'm not sure if I can pass that one. Those notes seem so confusing to me, and on top of that, I don't really know much about these topics, they seem too deep and I've never thought about them in my life xD But this video kind of helped me understand the basics, so thanks! Hopefully I'll pass and the money won't go to waste xD
Oh god same. At this point i feel that my mark will depend on how much i know about whatever topic i get bc I've got the language but not the creativity

Hi, excepting these 2 hours you have been spending to watch videos since when do you prepare for C1 exam ? I’m just curious because next week I will be sitting on B2 exam. In any cases good luck for your exam.
These are great and straightforward tips, but honestly, I had a bone to pick with the 1st topic sentence. Given that the 3 main body paragraphs are arguments in favour of free higher education, I'd say each topic sentence should strengthen this point. For instance, "Firstly, considering that all citizens are subject to taxation, which is then used to fund vital social institutions like healthcare and make them free of charge, it stands to reason that higher education should be included on the list of such services." In this case, it's clear that taxation is the reason why the author believes university education should be free. The 2nd main body parapgraph actually nicely links the topic and the given prompt.
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! It helped me a lot!!! I passed the exam (with 175 points XD but I am happy with it) I am still going to watch your videos to improve and to prepare for the next level
