    can I do this literally on my bed before sleep? or should I do this on the floor only?

      Yes - absolutely give it a go in bed! See how it feels - that's your best guide :) Let me know how you go with it.

    Thank you, good exercises. However, please be slow. I want to be able to do it as an audience along with the guide. Not rush through it before sleeping

    is it normal to start crying while doing this ?? like it felt so cathartic but idk if this is just a me thing lol 😭

      Not a you thing! It's definitely a thing thing. Somatic exercise can feel a bit like dismantling our everyday armour, which can make some people teary for sure ❤ Be kind to yourself and give yourself space to cry and move and breathe.

    Ads in the middle isnt helpful for regulating nervous system ;)

      Indeed, I don't disagree! And ... as a small creator, ads on my videos really help me keep creating!

      Yea the ads in the middle ruined this for me too.
      Could you place the adds at the beginning and end rather than right in the middle of the practice?

      @bystandersarah No, I am good. I'll find a youtuber who does meditation videos without ads every 2 mins.
