      First, calculate your ideal weight and maintenance calories!
      Maintenance calories la physical activity increase pannunga (initially)

      Hi ma.Going to parlor is not mandatory, but every 6 months trim off the split ends. Apply pure coconut oil overnight before headbath. Check for iron deficiency . it happens for many ladies after pregnancy

      I started dng exercise right from 5th day of my c section. But enga doctor that enaku exercise soli kuduthanga so no problem. But Romba strain pannadinga

      You can do simple exercises.Start with breathing exercise then you can do very simple exercises.For me they taught me very simple but effective exercises in hospital itself just after 3 days of caesarian.You consult your gynaecologist before starting.
