Regularly drink mrg drink....But 10 days walking follow panna mudila.....Before 8.30 kula dinner finish paniduven....After morning 8.clk varaikum only water .....Snacks cut paniten....Fruits n poori n peanut n kadalai mittai this is only my snacks.....Super reaction.....After pongal surely I'll join season.....Nan sonnatha crt ah follow panitu varen......Walking poga mudila sariya bcz my kid....Enna vitu iruka matra thungura time house work ah paka crt ah iruku.....But dec6 to jan 10 kula 3kg ....I'm so happy ......March 31 kula i ll reach around 56
