I stopped one day. and did not look back.i don't want to again. that's the cycle it left me in. Actually no. Repent and get baptized and pray for a spouse.. and THEN God will give the best man/woman for you. You must come to marriage being clean. So if you're still in sin you must be cleansed by the only way possible: the blood of Christ.
Stand up to your sins by loving Jesus more than your sin and flesh. He must increase and we must decrease. "Watch and pray, that you enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak." (Matthew 26:41 KJV) So PRAY PRAY PRAY and RESIST always. FLEE the devil and he will depart from you. FLEE. Anytime you're tempted, get busy! Leave that chair and computer, leave that room. Go walk, go run, go cook, do something anything that will separate you from acting upon that sin. Go sit with your mom your family, call a friend whatever. But most importantly do not starve your spirit, that way satan cannot overpower you, for there is POWER in the Word of God. And you know it. Keep praying and reading the Word, and seek counsel from people you know have overcome this sin, whether it be a friend or online such as these youtube videos. Amen brother Bruno. Praying for you! Stay close to God, and it'll get easier. Even through a relapse, God's grace is sufficient for you and He is fighting with and for you. Yeah, it's a daily fight, an exhausting fight, but you've already won because God said so! "Where sin abounded, grace did much more abound." I'm watching this today in 2017, after having fallen to sexual sin. I can say that this is the most depressing feeling and one of the lowest points. It feels exactly as you described. You are enticed, you fall to it, then you don't feel like you should or can go to God, so you feel empty, and then the cycle happens again. Each time this has happened I feel lower and lower. But I am going to talk to God today, I believe He can help me make it through. I believe He loves me.

csauls I myself was falling for this because I thought i was going to get love from a guy because I tought he truly cared for me. But everytime i went back to that same situation knowing so well that i should not be going to it , i cama back more and more empty especially when i felt ashamed to pray and ask for forgiveness and I would then falk back into my depression and hit the bottle. a cycle of empytness at the bottom of a bottle and at the end of sexual sin always the same cycle. I am now focusing my life with Jesus and the Most High and even though i long for that love for companioship Jesus strenghtens me everyday and I have been truly learning so much . keep praying seek your love from Jesus and the Most High and your life gets better.
God's love for you is as big as the universe. It's unshakeable and he has a legion of angels and extra back up on standby just for you. Everyday !! Just go to our loving father God and confess all your sins (sex, lies, gossiping or anything else). Ask for the Holy Spirit to guide you henceforth.
Then show your real contrition by cutting all ties with the person or situations that make you stumble. Otherwise, you will remain a a treadmill to nowhere. You cannot steal often and ask a Judge to let you off each time. Satan (Harsatan "the accuser") will use your guilt and your complicity to manipulate you into despair and more sins. Jesus already nailed all your sins to the cross, wiped you clean with his precious blood, and restored you to Gods original plan as described in Genesis - be fruitful and multiply by SUBDUING and having DOMINION over EVERYTHING on earth. Overcoming sexual sin boils down to exhibiting self-control and spiritual discipline. Understand your weaknesses and avoid putting yourself in those tempting situations, which in turn will allow God to strengthen your resolve.
Without self-control and spiritual discipline (prayer), one thing can quickly lead to another. Some people subscribe to the flawed theory, "Look but don't touch, touch but don't taste, taste but don't swallow." That is a recipe for disaster. Keishamae Thomas One thing that has helped me is keeping my focus on God. Before I came to God and fully gave myself to him my mind was fill of lust. I could see a guy walking down the street and that would send my mind wandering. I needed to first get my mind on God and fully on him. I had to get rid of music and only watch sermons because of how bad my mind was. When lust tries to pop up or my body was not in line with my spirit I had to get a hold of God right then and there. Keishamae, I found this to be a struggle and I think that once we decide that we want to be free, we out number our flesh. Our Flesh, Our Spirit being, and our Holy Spirit...once we decide to which side we want to please we overcome the other ( but it has to go beyond just words). I told myself that I want to side with God and what's right so I tapped into His power, which went beyond my own, to do so. I turned from everything that presented an opportunity dor me to be fed lust (music, movies, books, ppl, social media, etc) Then I watched clean movies, listened yo christian radio music, read scriputes that targeted my struggle, read scripturs about God's power, and I talked to God, asking for his help and strength. No, it wasn't all roses and sunshine at first, but it got easier. However, once free, don't go back bcuz it will be harder the next time. I love you and pray for me as I pray for you

Here is how I overcame and still overcome sexual sin everyday. Worship and prayer/entering into Gods Presence. When I first started off I had a lot of temptations, I would fall into sin because I would run to pornography or to have sex instead of running to my secret place and entering his presence. When I began worshipping and praying when I had strong temptations, it would rip them away. His presence burns every sin. Fasting will definitely help with those long term addictions as well.

Flavio Sousa - It will help to remember that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit in you which is from God. You are not your own. 1 Corinthians 6:19. Use this mantra each time the urge hits you. It doesn't matter if you still fall to temptation. Keep using it. Eventually the word of God will triumph over your old pattern.

Deleted safari internet off of my IPhone, I delete My Instagram app before I go to bed every night. The Bible says flee from sexual immorality, and that's how you do it. Fasting and prayer is VERY powerful as well.

Wanting to be wanted... That feels like it says a lot, perhaps more than just about sexual temptation. It's possible I'm reading more into it than there is there, but I can't help but think that might suggest you're wanting to be loved and accepted for who you are. That's a journey of vulnerability. I know what u going thru. God is with you. You need to take a stand against the enemy and put every thought under the subjection of the Holy Spirit, it a daily walk by cutting the flesh and yes the temptation would come, but you have to speak God word over it. Jesus have already won the victory so you would not have to go thru it.
Keep speaking life of the Spirit to your body. From time to time you would see it's chipping away, remember it's a process. God is with you

Thanks for sharing this video. I'm currently starving the beast and I'm on day 45. I've noticed other insecurities coming out in my emotional life that I used to mask with sexual sin. The layers start to peel away slowly and sometimes the urge to relapse gets stronger. But like you said, having a purpose is power in the face of lust. Please pray for me. God bless!

When he said “Who are you doing it for” it really hit me. How can I continue to sin when God loves me and his only request was don’t sin. God loves all of us, once you really take that in you will feel some way about going against your creators will. It’s never worth it brothers and sisters, the guilt is too strong.

What you're feeling is the conviction of God's Spirit and the nudge towards sexual wholeness. Don't ignore the guilty feeling but respond to God through repentance and obedience. This is the life we are called to and God will bring us to the place where sexual wholeness "feels" so much better than sexual license.

Something that helps me is watching nde videos of hell testimonies, when you hear these testimonies it snaps you back into reality and makes you feel like there’s ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN THIS WORLD that is worth the eternal agony of being 100% separated from our almighty loving God!

Sexual sin is the hardest sin to conquer for me personally. Even me giving my life to the Lord on 7/22/18 and through the studies that I've done since esp in Proverbs(31 day challenge) and other scriptures, I still succumbed to the the sin of lust and adultery three weeks later. Temporary pleasure isn't the way. I told people about my breakthrough and I don't want to be hypocritical to the people that I know and love. Pray for me❤

His sickness nearly killed me, but God saved me and gave me courage to leave. To cut the soul ties. So many people out there with hidden sin, and they just cant be open and honest about it. Cause when you truly love someone, you can forgive and go past. But when people stand in pride, they ruin themselves and all around themselves. Sad but true! Don't give up on your marriage, remember what is written that if you divorce your spouse and marry another you have committed adultery. Jesus says that all adulterers shall never enter the kingdom of God.

I used to be enslaved by pornography but HALLELUJAH PRAISE God I have been freed from that sin.... And the sins that go along with it. It has been a long journey, and even now at times my heart gets a little bit too loose or undisciplined..... And it's only God's grace, man. When people love the devil more than God that is why they rather please the devil rather than God. God is watching everything we do He is right there and sees and hears everything even the thoughts. When you wait for Gods choice for your mate you have Love which is satisfying and secure this is different from lust and Love does not hurt lust hurts. I’ve been struggling with this... what I did was fasted and mediated with the Lord, while fasting I drink water, anyways I’ve struggled with this and I did a water fast where I only drank water for 24 hours and while fasting I prayed and I watched ministries and I worshipped the Lord, because the battle is going on in the spiritual realm , you can’t see it, so I was fasting from sexual immorality and I was seeking answers from the Lord, while fasting I began getting into the Spirit and praying in the Spirit, and Jesus my Lord gave me answer to overcome and how to overcome it.. anyways that’s what I did... and I’ll be fasting and praying again this week just to make sure and be clear of what needs to happen and what I need to do. Anyways basically I did a 24 hr fast and the whole time I personally didn’t play any games, watch anything but ministry, and a religious tv show. And I also kept my mind focused on what I needed help with and ask the the Lord and seeking Him out, and I would listen to worship music, and begin to worship the Lord

I am so bent up and in great fear of the Lord as where I fight and have success involving him in repentance. I fall back at some point into a sexual lust with porno. I am so disgusted and sick of myself. I cannot feel forgiven or trust that I have the holy spirit in me when I am capable of doing these things.
So I'm either not understanding or I am and have condemned myself.
