It’s not clear if the door has dropped or has something else happened? If the striker isn’t central and is rubbing on the top of the guide….you can raise the door up by backing off the top body hinge bolts just a bit. Don’t touch the bottom hinge bolts!! Then while the door is at 60 degrees open, have someone lift the door while you retighten the top hinge bolts. You should see the new hinge position has moved slightly from the original position.The door should have lifted up at the latch end. This centralises the door latch-I have had to readjust 2 KD120 prados . All fixed. 🤓
