I have a 1998, when I bought it it ran and rode, with a few issues but otherwise a good bike. I got it for $850. Currently it needs some parts and it is broken down but I'm heading towards fixing it. I have done tons of work to it previously but still have a long journey ahead of me.

@@dirtniron I loved the beer, thx. haha JK ;) Just finished, had to vapor blast few things (Built my own hydroblasting cabinet few months ago, one of the first here in Poland, and having fun on it :) The video and build was amazing! Love every aspect of it! The details on the bike are stunning! When I saw the engine oil I was like "wait, that latte color isn't good" and then he opened the water pump ;) Would prefer the original plastics on it with some great factory-loook graphics but it came out sharp! To be honest, you should make a 125 project yourself. Can't wait for your YZ250 to YZ250X built videos. Purchased A YZ250X 3 months ago so that's a project for me :) If you like, and have some time you can check my newest video - YZ 250X - blue autumn, nothing spectacular but tried to push it on the "edit side" a bit. @@dirtniron Sorry for answering so late. Been busy ;) Here in Poland people mostly restore old, Polish bikes from the 70's and 80's like WFM, WSK, JUNAK. But now I see a trend for getting dirt bikes pimped, thanks to Teddy Blazusiak, the sport is getting popular and more people ride offroad, what I find amazing! I love factory look and hope Vapor Blasting will be "the thing" here because it will make bike parts better than factory "look" on a budget. Thingers crossed :) All the best man!

One of the BEST LOOKING KX 125's I've ever seen ! I would have never thought all those colors would have worked! Especially with the gold, silver, and candy red...w/Kawi Green?!?! Just wow!!!...except the grips, I hate gray grips, & I don't know why! 99/100 tho!

@@grahamdowdell4356 Hell yeah, plus where i live in the portland,or area I look at craigslist all the time and there are never any good buys on used dirt bikes to fix up.
You must know a fair bit of engine knowledge to pull apart engine casings and pull the gearbox to bits and then re build it all back together I’ve been a motor vehicle mechanic for 40 years but would be scratching my head at pulling a two stroke gearbox apart fair play to you my friend 👍
