Brassicas always have that bit of space between plants. Ok in normal seasons, not so much with dry conditions..

We have about 3500 breeding ewes and at the moment around 70 cows mate!
Very interesting - Don't know why I thought sheep farming was 'easy!' You never stop!! Can I ask, how high are you there, don't realise until you're on the top, that you are quite high - bit closer to the sun than we are! Keep safe Yes, I think Spring is earlier this year, or winter wasn't quite so bad...
