Thanks Mark, yep it would be, maybe just run a Hotwire in the next hole down from the barb if you wanted to make it a bit more secure for cattle!

Wish I had a $ for every post and meter of wire I have put up over the years The test you Rait your sheep also works on pigs for fat content surprising that came out so late been doing that with the pigs for a donkey age

I've done my share of fences but never used gal strainer/corner posts. How is the stay connected at the post and what are you using as stay blocks?

Look at something like Waratah Adjusta Stays, as a contractor I use them all the time

Drilled a hole in the post with a hole saw mate. Works well and is quick and easy. And we were using a concrete stay stone .
