Wow! That was soooo cool!!! I actually watched the video and it's equally mind blowing! Also, Happy Birthday, Nick! Long life, health, peace, laughter and LOVE!
Thanks for recording these for when you're away. I'll have to check out more of these. I used to live next to a woman who played cello in a local orchestra. I often could hear her practicing. And I would absolutely love it. I'm not familiar with the band, but I plan to become more familiar.
Happy Birthday month, Nick. That’s what my wife taught me. Gifts all month at any time. One month I gave her a birthday card every day of the month. Back when you could get them for $1 each.
I've viewed this several times over the years. Not bad, not bad at all. My mother was classically trained in the cello and Viola. She would have shown the a thing or to, normally I joke, but she'd hand them walking papers! Good ole mom mastered 2 Uriah Heep albums because of the deep connection with the wonderful music. I have a picture from 1974 of my mother kissing Mick Box on the cheek backstage, and autographed by a totally sweet dude. Good people! Fun react you 2, thanks for the cello work...lol.
They are amazing and even better Live: you guys should check if there are still tickets available in Denver 😉. I like classical music, but the one that moves: they had made Classic Thunder, an album with only music with a Bang! You guys should look at the video now: Nick you are bang on about so many of your comments…
This was really nice I love classical music thanks to Progressive bands like ELP. Missed your channel for a while but saw your unboxing. ELP,Yes, King Crimson. Beethoven,Chopin, Lalo and so many others. Bob and Ray are a really funny dry humor comedy duo. I think Michelle needs a twelve-step program for being too generous:D Still hoping you hear Van der Graaf Generator they are a progressive music must! Happy birthday month!
Have seen these guys do a few cool covers. Thanks for bringing it Nick and Lex. If you are into violin covers check out Unlucky Morpheus or Golden Salt covers.
Chicos...a este duo lo tienen q ver tocando...son un show....la gracia esta en verlos como lo hacen!! Yo los fui a ver cuando vinieron a la Argentina, imperdibles!!
I love your channel guys. I just keep hoping that one day you 2 do more reactions for YES and U.K. and Brand X... and Mahavishnu Orchestra... and... hmmm... well that's good enough... for now 🙂
Just started watching you guys and love the reactions, especially to Rush, every time I see the reactions, it brings back my first time listening to many of the songs. A suggestion and one away from Rush but keeping to the prog theme, try Uriah Heep, The Wizard sometime :-)
Enjoying your channel! Here's a suggestion...check out the song Ashes Are Burning, which is the title song from the 1974 album of the same name by the band Renaissance. I guarantee you'll both love it!
Btw guys . . . Its so cool that you shipped your ENTIRE living room to Mexico on your vacation! I hope it wasn't too hard to do that . . . . . . . yeahhhhh :p. I was wondering how these guys were going to pull that song off. Pretty creative! :D So now that you have an "Apocalyptica" CD (which I just now heard only 1 track off the album) ;).
There is much more enjoyment waiting for you in the live performance as with most songs you are reacting to: ua-cam.com/video/gNVNsuh5B8g/v-deo.html Stay safe.
I like how there is like two strings left on their bow by the time the finish every piece they do. You really need to see the video. It’s crazy fun

I hope no cello was hurt during the making of this record.

I think some of the strings might have been hurt.
Cellos? No. Bows? Most definitely. Lol
Maybe front row center had some ringing ears! Ouch.
This is the first time I have ever watched this without the video.
AWESOME!!!
Happy Birthday, our Nick! 🥳 Great 👍
Happy Birthday month, Nick. That’s what my wife taught me. Gifts all month at any time. One month I gave her a birthday card every day of the month. Back when you could get them for $1 each.
50¢ each for some of the selection at Dollar Tree.

I hate to disagree with ya'll,but the video is 50% of the experience. To see these two players play is stunning !
Watch the video for "The Trooper." It's just as awesome as the music.
you have to watch the video or live version!!
The video, don't deny yourselves!
You should have watched the video of these guys playing this, it’s insane.

Now that you've seen/heard Thunderstruck done with cellos, you should check out the Bluegrass version done by Steve 'N' Seagulls.
There is a video that goes with this.
Check out their first song they were on america's got talent
If you enjoyed this, you MUST check out the Harp Twins. Their cover of Iron Maiden's "Fear of the Dark" is simply unbelievable!!

They are so much more on video.
You should react to Apocalyptica too, specially their Metallica 4 cello covers. Satisfaction guaranteed!
Would it be redundant if I requested the adrian belew power trio again? Im curious if nick is aware of adrian belew being that he is a fellow gutarist
On a slightly different tack guys please give a listen to Steve 'n' Seagulls version of the Deep Purple classic 'Burn' it's awesome
How about some "Apocolyptica"
You guys should do " pleasure is all mine"by bjork
If you haven’t seen the video for this, watch it…

Another attempt to draw your attention to another great musical act.... Don't mind my Dutch bias...

I would subscribe but not without the artist video showing too
The four seasons by Antonio Vivaldi is more worth listening - no bass/bassdrum distortions....
On les vois PA Hauser 2CELIO???????

Too bad you couldn't include the video for the song. That would've been better.

Hasta nunca! :)
