Their names are Luka Sulic and Stjepan Hauser, two young Croatian cellists, who after touring like Rock Stars for ten years disbanded last year. Mr. Hauser is currently on an extended European tour by the name of "Rebel With a Cello" , selling out major venues. Rb
These guys are AMAZING!!!!! You have to go down their rabbit hole. They play so many famous rock songs on their cellos. Plus the most incredibly beautiful classical music, as well. Top tier talent!! 🙌
I hadn't noticed before that they removed their neck cloths. That's like being naked! Based on clothing, it's set in the late 1700s-18th century. Totally love them!
They are always so fun to watch. I first discovered them on an episode of the TV show Glee. When you keep in mind, a cello has no frets and finger placement is critical, the speed they play is phenomenal.
Got to see them on their final tour, saw them in Perth (Australia, the 3rd last concert), was EPIC..., it is just them and a drummer, they did go heave on the AC/DC songs (Perth being the home of Bon Scott and all). Well worth the cost to see (I had to add accommodation ant traveling as not local to Perth), glad I had the chance.
Their first upload and the only song they knew out side of classical, "Smooth Criminal" As soon as it hit YTube everyone from Sony to Elton John was calling: ua-cam.com/video/Mx0xCI1jaUM/v-deo.html Rb
The 2Cellos are one of my favorite Modern Classical Bands!!! Discover this group in 2014 and I have been in love with them ever since. I have two of their albums. Just a great Classical group!!! Also, Black Violin are another Classical group that I really. The 2Cellos are just Incredible!!!!
My hubby played the cello and now we are introducing our daughters to it. I let my 7 seven year old listen to the intro. She said, “wow, that’s lit.” There you have it! 😂
As an amateur violinist who attempted to teach herself the cello (unsuccessfully), these guys blow my mind! Right up there with Kevin from Pentatonix. Although, my heart did hurt a little for those bows, lol!
So here for this! Love how diverse your content is! Will be watching as soon as I get my kiddos fed. Bingeing your content has been fun! Just watched something I think you’d love. Not sure if you’ve seen it yet, but I’ve only been subscribed for like a week! Check out K.D. Lang’s cover of Hallelujah. It is a MUST hear. Powerhouse vocals, effortless, pure joy for your soul. ❤ from Texas! Can’t wait to see what you have for us next!

another of my favourites....! love 2cellos and keep following HAUSER to this day. they are amazing and so passionate with all their music. The give a different sound to the cello
2Cellos are amazing. They started with a cover of Smooth Criminal and the rest is history. They tell great stories with their music videos. As far as mixing classical with rock, I like their cover of Wilhelm Tell's Overture/The Trooper from Iron Maiden even more
Glad you enjoyed this performance. It is all cellos, but at times there are definitely more than two cellos playing at once like around 4:34. It subtly done, and I've no doubt it's these tow playing, just on a separate track. and of course with the added electronic cello at the end.
Check out the Live Concert from the Roman ampitheatre in Verona Italy, its great. They also were the opening act for Elton John a tour or two back. Live they are amazing.
I'd highly recommend watching their Arena di Verona concert, as well as Mombasa (Live at Suntory Hall, Tokyo)...both are posted on their page here on YT. It's crazy how fast they can play. I was lucky enough to see them 3 times on their final world tour last year.
Fun is the word! My daughter introduced me to this, so I'm grateful. For other AC/DC related shenanegans, try Moonic Productions "if AC/DC wrote..." series. My favourite is "If AC/DC wrote Stayin' Alive" (warning, one bleep required but only if you watch the outtakes at the end).
Thank you for the great reaction! Your facial expressions say it all! Love these two...their talent and creativity! So sad they have disbanded. My dream come true would be for them to collaborate with Kevin Olusola on a one time only Pay Per View concert or concert series. Can you imagine what that trio could come up with!!!!!
These guys are awesome! I saw them live a couple years ago. One of my faves of theirs is their appearance on Glee, doing the instrumentals of the Glee cover of Smooth Criminal I'd also recommend you check out the Piano Guys if you like these guys! Their Let it Go/Winter medley is so good
Check out Apocalyptica, they were the first of the cello bands. They do metal on cello as well as other genres as well. Theyre a great deep hole to explore
These guys are amazing! I think my favorite of theirs is their cover of Michael Jackson's "Smooth Criminal". You should definitely check out more of their stuff.
One of the best covers of a rock song... I think Apocalyptica was first in the genre of rock / metal covers with cellos but both bands are amazing if you like this style. Would be cool if you'd react to Apocalyptica with Nina Hagen covering Seeman (originally a Rammstein song)
If you like this; you should church out the early works of APOCALYPTICA. Before UA-cam; these 4 cellist released an entire album of Metallica songs. Once YT was well established and people started putting their music on the channel; bands like this started to pop up everywhere
Had to add this comment! It seems you have nothing from the Beatles, and nothing from Stevie Ray Vaughan. I highly recommend While my guitar gently weeps, and the live version of Texas flood. Gary Moore also! Cheers!

They do so many covers. One of my favorite performances they do is them and Steven Tyler live at the Coliseum. It’s awesome.
Thanks for the info. Love them
I love Hauser every peice of music he plays brings tears to my eyes.
These guys are AMAZING!!!!! You have to go down their rabbit hole. They play so many famous rock songs on their cellos. Plus the most incredibly beautiful classical music, as well. Top tier talent!! 🙌
I love 2Cellos! Their Glee performance is soooo good, that's what got me interested in them several years ago. They're ridiculously talented
I hadn't noticed before that they removed their neck cloths. That's like being naked! Based on clothing, it's set in the late 1700s-18th century.
Totally love them!

I'm surprised the player in blue had any horsehair left in his bow! LOL! Fantastic performance!!
These guys are extremely talented
I looooove 2Cellos! So happy when I see reactions to their impressive talent! 🎻🦇🎻
My hubby played the cello and now we are introducing our daughters to it. I let my 7 seven year old listen to the intro. She said, “wow, that’s lit.”
There you have it! 😂
"Lit"! Tell your daughter I'm proud of her for the term "lit". What a bright term!!!!
That was so freakin cool
2Cellos is one of the biggest acts in Classical music along with Black Vioiln......Every piece of music is played strictly by their instruments!!!
That was fun. The shot of their audience at the very end made me laugh out loud. Those guys are incredibly talented with a sense of humor.
They are awesome!! I been watching them awhile.... I also liked the video "5 guys 1 piano" ... That was 🤯👍👏👏👏👏👏
As an amateur violinist who attempted to teach herself the cello (unsuccessfully), these guys blow my mind! Right up there with Kevin from Pentatonix. Although, my heart did hurt a little for those bows, lol!
I remember the first time I heard them and was blown away!

I've been hoping for along time that he would listen to k.d. lang. "Hallelujah" is a great choice to start with.
That was fantastic!!!
So happy rhat I got to see them in concert twice before they disbanded. Wish they were still together! They broke the mold!!

"Quite...sound" will be a favorite quote of mine for ages now, TY lol
Saw them live in Boston, they are amazing such energy and talent! Check out more of their rock covers.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE 2Cellos!
You need to see their "Smells Like Teen Spirit" from Sydney Opera house, with the drum solo
I totally told him to watch that on his own, it's literal eargasm material right there
another of my favourites....! love 2cellos and keep following HAUSER to this day. they are amazing and so passionate with all their music. The give a different sound to the cello
Their version of Whole Lotta Love is pretty dang awesome as well. Love it when band kids do good lol.
Please do their version of The Trooper! It is their best ever!
2Cellos are amazing. They started with a cover of Smooth Criminal and the rest is history. They tell great stories with their music videos. As far as mixing classical with rock, I like their cover of Wilhelm Tell's Overture/The Trooper from Iron Maiden even more
So fun watching!!

Great reaction! I love these guys!
Was funny seeing the reaction of older folks in audience. The two cellists aced it! Big thumbs up for them. 👍😊
Check out the Live Concert from the Roman ampitheatre in Verona Italy, its great. They also were the opening act for Elton John a tour or two back. Live they are amazing.
gotta watch them live!
So glad you reacted to this .... great version and so talented
I love Hauser playing RIVER FLOWS IN YOU its my favourite.
Now you need to check out their cover of The Trooper Overture!
SalvoG if you want to hear a more modern version of this, Google A-10 Thunderstruck!! Awesome 👌
I love these guys. So much fun! I had no idea they'd gone their separate ways. 😟
It's in the name, 2 cellos.
I'd highly recommend watching their Arena di Verona concert, as well as Mombasa (Live at Suntory Hall, Tokyo)...both are posted on their page here on YT. It's crazy how fast they can play. I was lucky enough to see them 3 times on their final world tour last year.

As I understood that long ago, the "public" in there are all their fans! I've never found any reason to dislike this track by 2Cellos , anyway!
There's a really "fun" song that Dennis Leary did called "I'm an Asshole" :) Chances are it will make you smile widely. :D
I would also have to recommend this song as done by the Finnish group Steven Seagulls with an anvil, standing bass, banjo, & accordion.
check out Highway to Hell. They're joined by Stevie Ray Vaughan.
Their grandfather was a professional Russian cellist and he started teaching them when they were 3 years old.
They are not brothers!
And they are not Russians!
These guys are awesome! I saw them live a couple years ago. One of my faves of theirs is their appearance on Glee, doing the instrumentals of the Glee cover of Smooth Criminal
I'd also recommend you check out the Piano Guys if you like these guys! Their Let it Go/Winter medley is so good

These guys are amazing! I think my favorite of theirs is their cover of Michael Jackson's "Smooth Criminal". You should definitely check out more of their stuff.
Check out their rendition of “Smooth Criminal” 🔥🔥🔥
I saw a lot of Hauser during the pandemic. His work is worth following, though I did get tired of the bare feet.
lol. Smooth Criminal. Smells like Teen Spirit. Hey’ve done a lot.
Their cover of CLOCKS is unreal!
HAUSER does a cover of WICKED GAME that is also unreal! Make sure its tge Red Dress version!😂
Espero ansioso una reacción de The look de Roxette... Please 😂
🤯
One of the best covers of a rock song... I think Apocalyptica was first in the genre of rock / metal covers with cellos but both bands are amazing if you like this style. Would be cool if you'd react to Apocalyptica with Nina Hagen covering Seeman (originally a Rammstein song)
The song must end when their bows run out of string!
Do their Iron Maiden cover! "2cellos the trooper"!
If you like this; you should church out the early works of APOCALYPTICA. Before UA-cam; these 4 cellist released an entire album of Metallica songs. Once YT was well established and people started putting their music on the channel; bands like this started to pop up everywhere
now go check out mozart heros .. start with mozart metallica enter sandman then muse moonlight sonata
Can you imagine these guys hooking up with Bela Fleck??
Right!!! You think you are going to hear some Vivaldi. Wrong! Talk about shredding. Imagine combining these two with Apocalyptica?!!
Have other great videos: Smooth Criminal and Highway to Hell
Had to add this comment! It seems you have nothing from the Beatles, and nothing from Stevie Ray Vaughan. I highly recommend While my guitar gently weeps, and the live version of Texas flood. Gary Moore also! Cheers!
I always wished these madlads would actually do some full classical instead of monotonous dad rock, but I guess there ain't a market
Do you see why they have TEN MILLION+ views?
Have you listened to any early Judas Priest? I have a suggestion 😊
Check out smotth crimnial
well why you dont tuck the live version of it, thats much more impressive XD >>>>>
2CELLOS - Thunderstruck [LIVE]
