EAS Scenario | SCP-2086 Man Eating Bus | Alert Containment Breach

Emergency Alert System (EAS) scenario about SCP-2086 Man Eating Bus escaping the SCP Foundation's top-secret facility. M-E-B makes use of an incredibly believable and realistic form of camouflage and has the ability to travel freely without causing alarm. This is because this creature, M-E-B, is able to disguise itself as a bus, accurate in size to any standard bus.

I'm kind of intrigued-- the SCP Foundation wants to stay as hidden as possible, but would there ever be a scenario where they'd have no choice but to reveal themselves? What would have to happen?
I'm VERY new to learning about SCP's, so I wouldn't know.

There are occasions where the SCP Foundation reveal themselves to a localized area. But they also cut it off from the rest of the world and amnestize them afterwards.

If i think about the top priorities of an Emergency Alert, it's main goal is to make sure that the listener survives. So telling about the foundation or how an anomaly works is unnecessary for their survival. You want to be short ant cut to the chase. Tell them were to go or not to go, and how to avoid getting killed. Everything else is 1: unnecessary, 2: if they manage to contain the anomaly easily, then they reveald themselves for nothing.

If it’s a mind controlling or any sort of memetic, cognitohazard, or infohazard. Then revealing the Foundation would be a must since there’s a good chance that local law enforcement would be affected. Yes not all situations would require the Foundation revealing themselves, but some still would. Even the GOC would be willing to reveal themselves in both a local area and a global should push come to shove.
