Truth be told - an actual EAS would more than likely not have any mention of the SCP Foundation, nor would it refer to it as an SCP-XXXX or refer to anomalous properties as characteristics, unless it was a physical part of it's description. The Foundation would probably be referred to something as "an unnamed state/federal authority" or "unidentified research group working in cooperation with the state/federal authorities."
I’ve seen an SCP article however in which there was no Special Containment Procedures, no Description, just an action for plan. The implication was that an anomalous apocalypse was happening and if you weren’t aware of it you can look outside the window. This containment breach of SCP-106 may be so bad that it could have induced a “Broken Masquerade” situation in which the general public becomes aware of the Foundation’s existence, but in this situation the Foundation would be the only people with the know-how to either contain the Old Man or mitigate the damage he can cause. It is likely that once the Old Man is solidly put back in containment, mass amnestics and information concealment will begin; in the event of a total loss of mankind, they can just fire up SCP-2000 for the [REDACTED]th time. Consider that the UK inverted itself inside-out in SCP-1425 and we have no idea.
I appreciate that this has its own visual style, never cuts to any sort of jumpscare of any kind, and it fairly accurate in terms of likely word usage for threats (otherworldly or otherwise) and is always done in a professional manner, very good stuff!

i thought the same thing. I also think that they would just say how to identify the anomaly and how to survive from it instead of saying how it breached containment or the damage it caused. They should still try to lower the panic in the population by only saying what's necessary like "we are trying our best to contain it" instead of "containing it has been found ineffective" it would just be the end of mankind, we would destroy each other in panic even before 106 could kill us all
This is technically what is known as a partial “SK-Class Broken Masquerade Scenario” (despite SK being reserved for a different k class scenario) which is only undertaken when the foundation believes there is no other way to protect humanity or their interests besides complete transparency and honesty for concise communication. It would be very unusual for them to “Lift the Veil” or “Break the Masquerade” the instant the breach occurs. However by the end of this I can absolutely see why they drop the act, shit has truly hit the fan and nothing is working against him.

Fun fact, this Scp is actually still out of its containment to this day. The femur breaker was actually destroyed by an unknown Scp due to the fact that it was tired of the screaming caused by this contraption. This immediately went south and scp 106 escaped its containment and has not been seen ever since it's initial escape. Remember "the Smiles Guy" is real and he will play with you. Just be lucky you never get to see him.
I will say I love how an excess of 5000 bodies overwhelmed medical personnel. I know it's not specified over what area, but as long as it's not Hawaii, shouldn't be too terrible at that point.
Dude your channel is BOOMING. Ever since last week, your subscriber count has risen rapidly. You must gaining at a hundred subs a day. It’s crazy. Soon, you’ll be at at least 20k subs.
Can you shoot and kill SCP:106. I know that it’s in a sense “immortal” but you know how they had him in a containment zone where his cell was mostly made of lead, well I thought that maybe you could do harm or possibly subdue it if you shoot it with bullets mostly made out of lead like how you can kill a werewolf with a silver bullet but either way comment of what you think of this hypothesis
Just stripping this from the scp wiki: "Continued research and observation have shown that, when faced with highly complex/random assemblies of structures, SCP-106 can be “confused”, showing a marked delay on entry and exit from said structure. SCP-106 has also shown an aversion to direct, sudden light. This is not manifested in any form of physical damage, but a rapid exit in to the “pocket dimension” generated on solid surfaces." You need an extremely complicated system to contain Scp 106. Lead alone isn't what keeps him contained, it's the complexity of his cell which he must traverse through. For example, he can easily move through solids, but dislikes liquids as they are a different state of matter. Also, good luck shooting him when he's covered or maybe even made out of corrosive material xD. Not to mention the dude can also retreat into his pocket dimension on a whim
It’s fully immortal, it has an aversion light, water and electric waves but it’s not advised to flood or blast it with that because SCP-106 has proven to adapt and develop resistances, and not just that: it’s cell isn’t primarily led, it’s cell is a led *lined* box with a random assembly of compartments and surfaces and cells filled with different types of liquids and a electromagnetic field. as is the led lined cell is lifted by ELO_LID magnets because SCP-106 can’t portal out if it’s not connected to a surface.
Love these videos keep up the Great work tho i do have to ask how does the SCP Foundation keep letting all of these Containment Breaches happen (assuming these are all in the same time line) they really need to get better Security
I feel like the foundation would only reveal themselves if the containment breach was of high magnitude or severity. An old man capable of transitioning through a separate dimension and appearing anywhere to kill people for fun? I think that’s a good reason to reveal themselves.
I like these videos but i feel like they wouldn't go so in-depth to things that don't concern civilians like the breach details, the recontainment procedures etc.

00:02 dude , that day and month was actually accurate to me because that my birthday

Imagine Flies have us down as a SCP of their own that they cannot contain, and are making how to survive broadcast like this.
Loved these type of videos. This one is very well edited and viewed
SCP-106: Smells like decomposition
C*vid-19 infected people: mom come pick me up im scared
love the videos, i personally think they are very well done and i hope your having fun doing them.
Such a masquerade scenario, and the authorities & the foundation ended up being incompetent in that timeline
Just discovered this channel, and it's fire, hole you remember me when tou have 100k+ subs!
“on a positive note-“
are there really any positive notes for that?
“10-25 years of age” at that moment I just scream fuck
“CONTINUES TO PLAY WITH IT UNTIL IT SUCCUMBS TO DEATH” DOUBLE FUCK
I will say I love how an excess of 5000 bodies overwhelmed medical personnel. I know it's not specified over what area, but as long as it's not Hawaii, shouldn't be too terrible at that point.
Dude your channel is BOOMING. Ever since last week, your subscriber count has risen rapidly. You must gaining at a hundred subs a day. It’s crazy. Soon, you’ll be at at least 20k subs.
Just found your channel, And these are wonderful! Professionally made, well voiced, and utterly terrifying!
Best video of eas of scp I ever seen!
Unlikely, if that was the case, it’d probably be Euclid and not Keter.
Just stripping this from the scp wiki:
"Continued research and observation have shown that, when faced with highly complex/random assemblies of structures, SCP-106 can be “confused”, showing a marked delay on entry and exit from said structure. SCP-106 has also shown an aversion to direct, sudden light. This is not manifested in any form of physical damage, but a rapid exit in to the “pocket dimension” generated on solid surfaces."
You need an extremely complicated system to contain Scp 106.
It’s fully immortal, it has an aversion light, water and electric waves but it’s not advised to flood or blast it with that because SCP-106 has proven to adapt and develop resistances, and not just that:
it’s cell isn’t primarily led, it’s cell is a led *lined* box with a random assembly of compartments and surfaces and cells filled with different types of liquids and a electromagnetic field.
as is the led lined cell is lifted by ELO_LID magnets because SCP-106 can’t portal out if it’s not connected to a surface.
WOW. Top notch stuff my man, great stuff!
Imagine a world where everyone knew about scps and used some of them but everything is normal

@@alertworld Thx for hearting my comment
Everybody gangsta till some pranksters play these on TV
I heard this in my brothers room and i was like "Shit were dead"
Love these videos keep up the Great work tho i do have to ask how does the SCP Foundation keep letting all of these Containment Breaches happen (assuming these are all in the same time line) they really need to get better Security
I love how all this is years in the future! Btw this is a awesome alert!
Definitely what I need at 12:13 at night 😁
I feel like the foundation would only reveal themselves if the containment breach was of high magnitude or severity. An old man capable of transitioning through a separate dimension and appearing anywhere to kill people for fun? I think that’s a good reason to reveal themselves.
I like these videos but i feel like they wouldn't go so in-depth to things that don't concern civilians like the breach details, the recontainment procedures etc.
Wow these alerts are scary. I would definitely be tearing up if it actually happened
I like how half yhe video is telling you how to survive and the other half is just trying to scare you
The first half is the part it needs, the second half is unnecessary and ruins the immersion for me

Me who is a EDM DJ vibin' in my room:
Lmao this deserves a like
“We believe it finds those between ages 10-25 to taste better and be more entertaining than humans of other age groups.” Wow this Emergency Alert sure is non-biased. I wonder who wrote it?
Amazing i also found out that your rocket logo is an a over a w
Yes, a 'robot human' totally not a real one. Yep, very robotic.

Good ones right ?
yay i have been waiting for this
Will this effect the economy? If so, I might have to get involved then.
oooo back with another video! love it and keep it up
Hm. I enjoy how in-depth this goes into the SCP and its powers and such, but in terms of the language of the emergency announcements, it’s a bit too…colorful. Too literary. Painting too much of a picture rather than being more dull, but straightforward. Still, a fantastic production.
Keep up the awsome work I have a suggestion this is if you feel like it do scp 999 before they saw he was a safe class
I already planned to do SCP-999 :)
@@alertworld I did not know and I hope it really good like your videos
Not to judge or pressure, but could we get an ending where the danger or dangerous event is stopped or contained? Its basically a good ending.
This will be considered

Hey these are awesome :) I was wondering, what software do you use to edit these?
i love how that number plays never gonna give you up and then hangs up
These scenarios are by far the best ones I've seen. Could you do one on the flood from halo? Or maybe the borg from star trek?

This is way too detailed for an eas
