    What about the proprioception in our neck muscles as a major contributor of vertigo and balance issues after concussion and whiplash typer injuries?

    thank you this is really helpful. i got a concussion a month ago and although i started recovering when i had my covid jab it feels like i'm back to square one with dizziness which is just miserable. I'll try these! fingers crossed!

      I have been dizzy as well, did the covid vaccine help improve any symptoms?

    • @ImTash
      @ImTash 3 роки тому +1

      @@AarronnBlade no, it actually made it much worse for me. I'd almost recovered from the concussion - i had several days of feeling perfectly normal before i had my jab (3 weeks after the injury) then 4 days after that i was back in bed too dizzy to walk and that was a month and a half ago and i'm still feeling dizzy every day, foggy, tired and spacy all the time and screens and stress mess me up. I can be up and about now at least but i still feel a bit drunk all the time - haven't had one day of feeling normal since. My MRI and bloods came back normal so i'm waiting to speak to a neurologist to find out what's going on with me. I wouldn't say no to getting the jab because it could be totally unrelated to the concussion and my dizziness could be caused by something else, but that was my timeframe

      @@ImTash what did you do to improve concussions symptoms? I didn’t take my jabs, but feel like drunk, dizzy, vision darkness issues,plzzz help

    • @ImTash
      @ImTash 2 роки тому

      @@salmanahmed3743 basically what happened with me is that because it was in the middle of covid no doctor wanted to see me. they prescribed me Cinnarizine over the phone to help with the dizzinness, but it wasn't til about 6 months later when I was still dizzy and being fobbed off by doctors STILL not wanting to see me just saying 'your blood tests are fine, your brain scan is fine, you are fine stop pestering us' that a physiotherapist i went to for another problem tested my ears to make sure i didn't have any crystals dislodged, and found out i actually had a very bad whiplash injury that nobody had diagnosed because nobody had bothered to see me. I'm feeling a lot better now but it takes 18 months to heal up so i still feel dizzy when i walk for a long time. I saw an osteopath recently who also discovered i have several vertabrae in my neck misaligned which wasn't helping. The only advice i can give you is pester doctors to look at you properly, advocate for your health and get an actual proper diagnoses and have a treatment plan from there. And also maybe see an osteopath. Hope that helps and you feel better soon!
