    In this class we'll bring some gentle awareness to the pelvic floor and some loving stretches to the upper back and shoulders (which tend to get tight when you're hunched around little ones all day).
    You're welcome to practice these postpartum stretches from 6 weeks, once you've had your postnatal check up with your doctor or midwife. Please be gentle with yourself as you recover; skip or modify poses that don't feel right in your body and rest whenever you need.
