I saw a gal use dollar store playing cards tucked in along the mirror edge to protect the mirror while painting. It worked great.
The recommendation I was given is use dollar tree index cards - more for your buck than playing cards.

I'm neither a taper nor a scraper. I use playing cards tucked between the mirror and the frame. After I've painted and it's (mostly) dry I pull the cards out and voila!

I never heard of that white wax. I really like it. To me it looks like a little white washing but much easier n nicer looking. Is this made by DIY? I like the Bundt Pans n they were cool cuz they were all different colors , they look nice where you put them. . I noticed from video that you like old things in their natural state.
I do too. I’m a real antique nut especially when it comes to furniture n I’ve got a lot but don’t have the heart to get rid of them. I do paint some if their in bad shape but really hate to paint oak. Anyway I’m really liking your channel. I’ll be back Sunday. ♥️😊👍👍

At the Goodwill stores here there is nothing under 4.99 unless its from the dollar tree next door then its only 2.99. I found the wall hanger at my store that you had on the video and it was 9.99. Sorry just venting a little
