Great video, Bailey! What are your thoughts on dropshipping? I recently hit 30k last month. It involves finding winning products, setting up an online store (I'm lazy so I outsourced that to Alpha dropship), and driving traffic through TikTok.
That was very smart Bailey to create your own tumbler website and not solely rely on a platform like Etsy. Question: If Congress bans TikTok, what alternative do you recommend to replace TikTok shops please?
Thank you for sharing your story. I’m a little confused about your digital course because isn’t about building an Etsy shop but now you’re saying you don’t recommend Etsy and you are building your Shopify site. Also if I’m not interested in TikTok, will your course still benefit me? Thanks so much!
You're welcome! My course is about building a profitable digital product on Etsy and is still where I suggest everyone start out at with digital products because it is the most cost effective. With my new products and Shopify/TikTok, it is only physical products which is why I don't want funds being held, etc. because I'm carrying a lot of inventory:) So it's just a different situation with digital products. My course does not go into TikTok for digital products. :)
Appreciate the info. Found you randomly and I’m still a newbie in the Etsy world trying to figure out how to make sales really. Thanks for so much great info and will be binging your videos 😂
My first time seeing you. That is an amazing and captivating story. You hooked me to the end. It is such a classic example of how you can "stumble" on to who you become. Great Story!
I'd even be thrilled to be one of the people you mentioned who fulfill the product orders in their homes (sounds like they put the images on the tumblers and ship them out to customers--that kind of thing). You have family members doing it for you. Can you suggest a way for me to find other business owners who need people to fulfill their orders? Is there a facebook group or similar? Thanks! 😊
I would say local FB Groups in your area would be a good place to start. If you aren't seeing anyone posting for help, you could offer your services in them as well :)
Hello! first time viewer here. When you say that your main business brings in 10k a month, do you mean total gross revenue? or is that your profit margin?
Hi there! I don't have a specific course on a membership site; however, it is included as a bonus module, though it is specific to the Wix platform for designs: digitally-purposed.com/10k-profit-formula-page
Ha! I wish I was a family member! Well done! And here I am struggling to get just one business off and running having ADHD 🐿️ . You are like 20 of me in 1 and believe me that’s being kind to myself. This just brings it home to me how non-functioning I am. 🤯😭 I hope you reach your target. I’m sure you will. 😏
Thanks for watching! :) You can do it to! I actually have ADHD as well and had a very hard time in the beginning focusing on the tumbler wraps only, because you can ask any member of my family, it definitely was not the first business I've tried, as I've tried many simultaneously, lol :)
@@digitallypurposedbaileyBailey you are a super successful women. Do not let others telling you otherwise. ADHD is a totally invented illness, it is not true. Just flourish and prosper ❤
Bailey, thank you 🙏 for being so transparent with your income and sharing all the details in such a detailed n structured fashion . I loved ❤your video. It just came in my feed. I just have couple of questions. Are these your gross or net incomes? I have a brick n mortar business n I would like to go towards online but I wasn’t sure how much you can actually make vs the amount of time n resources it can take. 2.What is your actual ROI on these businesses especially the digital course one n how much time one can expect to take if there are only digital products involved. Thank you 🙏
You're welcome and thanks for finding the channel! :) These are gross numbers, but pretty much all my digital product videos have about an 85% profit margin because it's just software and I don't run ads :)
I eventually ran about $15/day in ad spend to get to those level of orders, but it was personalized item, so at the time, not a lot of competition on Etsy :)
Great progress through all of the business models. Few will go to all of the effort to get there. The only thing I would have for advice is to get a better mic for the videos. The audio was over-driven throughout the full length. Just some audio balancing with a better mic could greatly improve the experience. I am definitely not knocking the content. I enjoyed the video. This is a suggestion for improvement or constructive criticism.
I'm down to just three now, and nothing physical anymore :) I time-block all my monthly tasks into one main task per day usually, so for example, every other Monday will be my design day, Tuesday will be a content filming day, etc. I usually work 830-2pm, M-Thursday, so not too bad. I do have a VA, an editor and my kids are in school till 230, so that does help.
Very impressed with all you have going! I'd love to hear how you do it - that is, manage your time and your workflow so successfully, with so many things going on at the same time. Do you have a very regimented, structured day?
Thanks! :) It's really not too bad, I have a 4-day work week from about 830-2pm, but I divide everything I do for each business into different days throughout the month...so for example, I only do all the designs for the Etsy shop twice a month on Mondays, and then on one Tuesday of the month I'll do all my trainings for the month for the 'coursemunity'. I actually am in the process of making a video on how I run the things I have going on, so hopefully that will be out soon :)
@digitallypurposedbailey I just watched this video and it is the first I have seen of your videos. I will be checking out many more. Watching someone talk about the nuts and bolts of running a business focused on selling actual products that are not training courses (even though you have made training materials available) has vastly more value than someone who used to sell products online but now concentrates just on training others. I am presuming that the "$65,000/month" figure represents gross revenue (or sales). If possible, can you share what your approximate net profit and profit margin are, as well as approximately how much out of that $65,000 the business owner manages to pay to herself?
Since my Etsy shop and membership site are all organic, it's about a 85% profit margin after fees and software. My 'coursemunity' sales are also from organic content, so that sits at about 91%. These are all gross amounts without taxes of course, but I really don't spend anything other than in transaction fees and software costs and one part time VA.
Here I am needing just 1k extra a month. I’m intrigued that 45k a month is possible. Looks like I need to get on it. However I don’t want to make cups. Thanks for sharing.
I have a full-time VA for (listing, mockups, social media posting, content posting, Pinterest marketing, uploading, etc) and also a part time video editor. From time to time, I also contract out graphic design work if busy :)
Don't listen to haters, they 1/2 try something then blame others instead of finding their thing and going all in for it. I just met you but I get integrity. Be well.

You're welcome! :) My subscription site for digital is on Wix and then for physical products, we are using Shopify and TikTok Shop, I hope to make more videos about this as we go along :)
Someone may have asked, but what was your initial investment when you began your journey, if you are OK with sharing that information. Awesome video and business model, BTW.
Quick note: You don't own your shopify, which is why I tell people to never use it unless they are DIY and don't mind not fully owning your site. Unless you have root access you don't fully own nor control your site. You can't even do professional level optimization with out root access. Speaking as a web dev with over a decade experience.
@@malenanowak it's the same as etsy and social media platforms. You don't own your space. It can get canceled any time. The only space you own is the website you create and pay for by yourself. Everything else belongs to the owners of the platform you use.
I’ve heard of people who learned this the hard way. And also Shopify cancelling large orders. You should probably do some research on this. It’s just better to build your own website. You control SEO. You are an actual business owner with a website that you can sell if you choose to. It’s not that hard to build a website on Wordpress.
Wordpress is way superior to shopify. A bit more of a learning curve but it’s worth it as you have much greater control over all aspects of your site. Plus shopify as a woke company that can and has done cancelled shops whose ‘politics’ it dont like. Frankly shopify shops look crap as well

Great video, Bailey! What are your thoughts on dropshipping? I recently hit 30k last month. It involves finding winning products, setting up an online store (I'm lazy so I outsourced that to Alpha dropship), and driving traffic through TikTok.
Thanks! I actually used to do dropshipping and think it works well if you are good with social media or running ads :)
Lessons learned with scaling so true ... cool video congrats!
Thanks for watching!
That was very smart Bailey to create your own tumbler website and not solely rely on a platform like Etsy. Question: If Congress bans TikTok, what alternative do you recommend to replace TikTok shops please?
I would just continue to use Shopify and drive traffic from Pinterest and maybe add in Instagram :)
@@digitallypurposedbailey Thank you very much.
How is your team structured? Did you take a course to master email promotional marketing list building, Etsy, and tiktok marketing for virality?
@@kisms8590she worked in corporate email marketing - I think she said for five years.
Great job Bailey! Way to go!
That’s amazing! Congratulations
Thanks so much for watching! :)
@@digitallypurposedbailey sounds awesome! Thanks!
I solved two of the greatest mysteries of mankind. I never thought of selling $1dollar decals. Well done Bailey.
Appreciate the info. Found you randomly and I’m still a newbie in the Etsy world trying to figure out how to make sales really. Thanks for so much great info and will be binging your videos 😂
Glad you found the channel!! :)
My first time seeing you. That is an amazing and captivating story. You hooked me to the end. It is such a classic example of how you can "stumble" on to who you become. Great Story!
Welcome! So glad you found me and thanks for watching! :)
Love this!! Would love some help with bringing more consistent sales - I do physical tumblers and tees and would like to transition to passive income
Thanks for watching! :)
I wish is Canadians could do TikTok shop😢. You always continue to inspire me ! Wishing you so much success with all of your new ventures. :).
Thank you so much!! Hopefully they add it!! :)
Great video! Thank you ❤ Could you make a video how you create tiktok video for digital products?
Thanks so much! I will add it to the list! :)
Hello! first time viewer here. When you say that your main business brings in 10k a month, do you mean total gross revenue? or is that your profit margin?
Welcome! Etsy is 10K and so minus their fees, for digital is about 93% profit margins
Beautiful 😍 so Inspiring 😍 💕 I love your chill vibe and honesty
Thank you so much and thank you for watching!!:)
I would like a course specific to creating a membership site. Do you have a course with step by step membership sites?
Hi there! I don't have a specific course on a membership site; however, it is included as a bonus module, though it is specific to the Wix platform for designs: digitally-purposed.com/10k-profit-formula-page
I never thought digital products could be so profitable. The key is in the strategy! 💪
I am so glad I found your channel this was sooo interesting!!
Glad you enjoyed it! :)
@@26agica you can't be serious in saying adhd is made up?!!
Fantastic vid Bailey, thanks for keeping us financially updated I hit another $32k today with day trading all thanks to my Guru
Oh yeah, that was possible with the help of my Guru Jenifer Spencer ❤
She's a licensed broker and entrepreneur from the state 🇺🇸
The best strategy is starting with a professional coach, as a beginner who knows little or nothing in forex market
@frankbell1408 wow I'm stunned someone just mentioned Jenifer Spencer, I actually thought I'm the only one working with her
You don't have to be amazed, there are a lot of people working with her. I'm one of her client from Texas
Shoot even $50,000 would be great. I'm listening ❤🎉
Thanks for watching!! :)
Hi Bailey loved your video, I stumbled on you by chance and you now have another subscriber. Isn't your 5th business POD?
Thanks for watching and subscribing! :) It was a combo of digital, POD, and physical products we were filling ourselves :)
How did you initially scale your tumbler sales? I have an online merch store but am struggling with driving sales.
How do you have the time to run 5 businesses, pack orders, balance books and be a mother?
I'm down to just three now, and nothing physical anymore :) I time-block all my monthly tasks into one main task per day usually, so for example, every other Monday will be my design day, Tuesday will be a content filming day, etc. I usually work 830-2pm, M-Thursday, so not too bad. I do have a VA, an editor and my kids are in school till 230, so that does help.
You are so inspiring. What you’ve built out is incredible. Thank you for sharing.
You are so welcome and thanks for watching! :)
Do you have a video how to open a TikTok for POD and a TikTok shop? How can learn TikTok from you?❤
Not yet, but hopefully soon! :)
You are an inspiration! What was your previous career may I ask?
I was in corporate email marketing for about 5 years :) Thank you!
@@digitallypurposedbailey Looking forward to it!
Hey Bailey Great videos, wanted to know if you needed a video editor/thumbnail designer for the channel?
I love this video. You have a new subscriber from Australia ❤
Yay! Thank you! :)
Best of luck!
She doesn’t make cups any more it’s digital designs which she explains
Impressive and realistic! Best way to be successful is to learn from successful people.🙏💯👍
Thank you for sharing your story. It was encouraging 💯🙏🏽
You are so welcome and glad it was :)
I’m a soloprener and curious how big is you team? If you have one? I’ve been on YT seven years still waiting
Be well.
Thank you so much for this, I appreciate it :)
Way to go 🎉🌱am sure you must have gone through lots ups downs to reach whete you at now👍
Thanks, there definitely has, but its been worth it! Thanks for watching :)
Can you share more about your website? Did you use a template on a platform?
I used Wix, but am looking at a new platform that may work better. If it works out after testing, I'll be making a video about it!
Bailey, you are an inspiration! Thank you!
thanks so much for this, and you're welcome! :)
Way to go busy mom! Very inspiring.
Thank you so much!:)
Congrats on your success!!
Thank you so much 😀
Hi. How do you go about completing your bookkeeping, taxes, and related items? I am an accountant, but not for a digital business, & wondering how that works. Many thanks :)
I have an attorney who also handles all the bookkeeping/taxes so I really do not handle any of it, besides let them know expenses, etc. :)
Congrats on your success!
Thank you so much! :)
Hi Bailey!
You are very generous.
I clicked on your o what you offer in Skool is very generous. The world needs more people like you to help them create income.
I am confused though as to why you're helping others sell on Etsy because of what you said about it in your video.
I am so much looking for a way to replace my income initially. Do you offer paid help such as a course so that I can kearn to sell, but not on ETSY?
Thankyou
Thanks for watching and checking it out! I currently have 1-1 coaching, for other digital products online off Etsy, but it is at capacity right now.
Is the step by step way to do something like this mentioned in your course?
I do have a full course/community on setting up these types of Etsy shops and the info can be found here: digitally-purposed.com/10k-profit-formula-page
Thanks for sharing your journey as an entrepreneur with us :)! Did you set up your own shop (on shopify for example) or did you sell on plattforms like etsy, amazon, ... ? Thanks for the answer in advance. Kind regards
Thank you! To get set up with all the inventory and equipment, it was about 2K :)
Thanks for sharing all this information. Very admirable trajectory. I wish you continued success.
thanks so much:)
Quick note: You don't own your shopify, which is why I tell people to never use it unless they are DIY and don't mind not fully owning your site. Unless you have root access you don't fully own nor control your site. You can't even do professional level optimization with out root access. Speaking as a web dev with over a decade experience.
What do you mean you don’t own your store? As a Shopify consultant with 8+ years of experience I don’t understand this comment 👀
What would you suggest then?
Wordpress is way superior to shopify. A bit more of a learning curve but it’s worth it as you have much greater control over all aspects of your site. Plus shopify as a woke company that can and has done cancelled shops whose ‘politics’ it dont like. Frankly shopify shops look crap as well
You're a total boss. Very inspiring, thank you.
Thanks so much for watching and you're welcome :)
This is great info.
How man̈y hours per week do you work?
Usually 20-25 per week!
Hi Bailey, I want to retire but I cannot afford it, can you pls tell me how to begin or steer me towards a way of starting out, I need cash ha, thks in advance, take care!!
