- The fastest way to activate the portal in Redmane castle and start Radahn festival in Elden Ring. If the portal doesn't work for you or if you are inside the castle and the festival hasn't started, this guide will help you start it in the quickest way. I'll also show the location of the festival on the map, where you need to go.
To activate the portal and start the Festival in Elden Ring, you need to activate the Grand Life of Dectus, Progress a bit in Ranni's questline and then you'll be able to start the festival and fight Starscourge Radahn boss.

you could activate the great lift by getting the 2 medallions to get to altus plateau and the portal should be open

I've done a bit of ranni quest line along with some of sellivus and sellen's questlines and haven't fought radahn or even been to redmane castle yet.
