Hi, You’ve helped me so much in the past, but I contracted severe Lyme, which is a neuropsychiatric disorder as well. I procrastinate really bad with paperwork, and I never used to! It’s like my brain turned off and I forgot what to do and am afraid of the phone!
Part of it is the horrible pain I’m in, and part is my brain fog.
Do you have anything in that? I saved your procrastination podcast! 🩷
