Do u have any videos about phone addiction?
Yes, people can become addicted to their mobile phones. This type of addiction is often characterized by an inability to reduce usage despite knowing it causes distress and interferes with daily responsibilities or relationships.
@@DocSnipes ❤️❤️❤️ thank u
Doctor when you ssy addiction causes loss of neurons, after quitting addiction and time of abstinence, do these neurons heal? Grow back?
I’d say yes considering the brain has neuroplasticity which means it can create new bonds and new habits so it is able to recover it just takes time and patience and self compassion
@CreativeTigresa7 but question is will you feel the way you once felt?
They do regenerate however, you have changed through the process so you will feel and react differently to things now. WHat is important is to address your underlying issues so you feel safe and empowered and your HPA-Axis / nervous system can heal
