How is the motor making it stable? I took the piece out the DVD player but it didn’t have the chrome circle piece and the strew bracket also when I test the motor it turn in circle

No he didn't place the the holder on the plate . It is stable because the disc is rotating and the Pho is fixed on the another side

The disk he used is the Disk inside an HDD, it pretty heavy. He used that because a heavier spinning object is harder to change its axis.
The phone is attached freely with bearings on the up-down and side to side tilt. And the HDD disk is spinning fixed with the phone.

This is a really nice job. This is not the first time I see this type of gimball on your channel. I have seen many such videos. Like you, he put music on other channels when he on gimballi. It seems to me that when the gimball starts, you put the sound of music on the engine that you plugged in. This is true? Please let us know if the engine sounds or not. Gyroscopes use the physics of angular momentum to stabilize something so the circuit is a simple button switch to provide/stop power to the motor
