New Crankshaft Position Sensor from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ib/1AECS00121
This video shows you how to install a new crankshaft position sensor from TRQ on your 2003-2008 Honda Pilot. The crankshaft position sensor is an important component of any electronically controlled ignition system. The sensor provides the computer with data about the position of the crank shaft to properly adjust ignition timing. If the sensor in your vehicle is broken or malfunctioning, you may suffer poor performance, or get a check engine light.
Once the sensor is installed, you will need to follow the relearn procedure. This can either be done with a manufacturer scan tool, or manually with the following procedure:
    1. Start the engine. Hold the engine speed at 3,000 rpm without load (in Park or neutral) until the radiator fan comes on.
    2. Test-drive the vehicle on a level road: Decelerate (with the throttle fully closed) from an engine speed of 2,500 rpm down to 1,000 rpm with the transmission in 2 position.
    3. Test-drive the vehicle on a level road: Decelerate (with the throttle fully closed) from an engine speed of 5,000 rpm down to 3,000 rpm with the transmission in 2 position.
    4. Repeat step 2 and 3 several times.
    5. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
    6. Turn the ignition switch ON (II), and wait 30 seconds.
This process should be similar on the following vehicles:
    2003 Honda Pilot
    2004 Honda Pilot
    2005 Honda Pilot
    2006 Honda Pilot
    2007 Honda Pilot
    2008 Honda Pilot

Might as well do a full timing belt job (and new water pump, tensioner, pulleys) if you're taking all that apart anyway and draining the coolant.

Why remove the battery and drain the coolant? Not logical, extra work. I do, however, appreciate the video. Nice job.

What’s the reason for draining the coolant taking the top two covers off and removing the power steering pump

That's a lot of work for the crank sensor. Time for a timing belt change while in there.

This video is wrong. 3.5 engines older than 2005 have a different part and completely different setup inside. Please fix your title.
