(High Pitched) Federal Signal 3T22 Siren Test - Hickory Tavern, SC

This siren is part of the Laurens County Outdoor Warning System, and it is tested Every Saturday at 12:00 pm (non-weather permitting) and is controlled by the Laurens County Fire Dispatch
I had nothing else to do today, so I decided to go and try recording a siren in Laurens County, and for that, I decided to hit up Hickory Tavern. I haven't recorded a siren in Laurens County since March, and it's a bit strange to me because to me it feels like it's been a year since I went to Laurens County. Anyway, as I clicked record on both of my cameras, I hear the tones activating, and it turns out this siren did not get activated for some reason, my guess is that it's probably a loose signal or something like that. But either way, I was disappointed that it did not activate. However, as soon as I was about to go pack up, I saw one of the fire deputies heading into the station. I went to them and I let them know that this siren did not activate, and after I told them, they said they will activate it for me, even though I did not ask them to. But they told me it was no worries, so I rushed to my car to get all of my equipment back out and turn on my cameras and my drone as fast as I can. I got to thank the Fire Marshall of Hickory Tavern Fire Department for activating it for me. Now for the siren, it does have a kick of a pitch when it was winding up, pretty cool in my opinion! With that being said, successful siren test, and again I want to thank the Fire Marshall of Hickory Tavern Fire Department for activating the siren for me and not leaving me with nothing.

My guess on this fine specimen is that she might be slightly over clocked cuz there us a siren I'm Rampton uk that is under clocked and it runs slower so that's my best guess at what's going on ere but I could be wrong

Might be best to have McCranie's word on it but if I had to take a guess it's the brush angle.

@@Gvacs ive noticed that some single phase sirens have a tendency to peak higher than 3 phase counterparts
