3T22 (With Top Intake Blocked) Tornado Siren Test, Attack/Fire - Casar, NC

Recorded on Saturday, August, 1, 2020. This is a monthly tornado siren test of the Cleveland County's Warning Siren System. This siren is a single phase model (3T22B). This siren is tested at the first Saturday of every month at 12:00 PM. This siren started dead on time. This siren's flasher (that operates the solenoids) does not operate. Either the flasher is dead or blown fuse. I tried reporting the issue to the VFD. Siren had this issue for a long time now. I actually filmed this siren before, but it wasn't a monthly test. This siren is located in Casar, NC at Casar Volunteer Fire Department.
