I’ve not had a period for a year since stopping the pill. Started taking the two vitamins you recommended and after 3 weeks my period has come back! Thank you for your help! 💕
This made my day!!!!!!!!!!
This is super helpful- I have gone off the pill after 8 years and haven't gotten my period in 7 months. My doctor isn't listening to me and I am struggling with what to do :(
intuition and advocating for yourself is SO important. However, so is working with a medical pro you feel is listening and you can trust!! don't give up
You need to find a good OBGYN and they will do an ultrasound and a blood work to check your hormones. Birth control causes a hormone imbalance. Good luck
I'm in the same boat! They just want to put me back on the pill. Excuse me, I'm trying to get pregnant. How? Are pills going to help. They aren't fixing anything 😔.
Love this so much! I’ve had clients see success with Vitex and with acupuncture! Def going to try these 2 in the future 💛
thank u C
Got off the pill in November had a withdraw bleed after that. Had regular period in January and haven’t had one since. Me and my husband are ttc but not having a period and not being sure if I’m ovulating is awful. I feel like I’ve been trying to keep a healthy diet, take vitamins. I don’t know what the answer is? I’m going to see my doctor soon. Praying for a baby and an answer to this issue :/! thanks for your video though !
my pleasure- pleas keep me posted!!!
I'm definently getting B6,Zinc,and Vitex❤
Did you get the Vitex? I just ordered and am curious of other's experiences.
how did it go?
I’m gonna try this. Is scares me and makes me feel less of a woman not to get my period.
I hope it helps. and you're not LESS of a woman but I know how you feel
@@lisahayim5562 thank you 🙏🏻
Update: nothing happening. Seeing the obgyn on Monday
I feel I exact same way. It stresses me out to even think about that I haven’t gotten a period in so long.
I feel the same way. It is unnatural to not get a period.
I removed the implanon off and haven’t gotten a period in 7 months hopefully this makes me get my period I’m going to try the vitamins ...
patience :)
The doctors never told me about this side effect and the fertility problems it can cause.
Which is quite sad and unfair 😢
I’m going through this right now.
I hope that you get the answers you need
I had really irregular periods until I started taking black cohosh I was even bleeding heavily constantly until I took it as long as i take it faithfully my cycles run a lot better!
Birth control can affect us I was on the one that goes in your arm took it off after almost one year with it( I went on it since I had just had my 1st baby) now at 7 months without a period I finally got it back today and I’m very happy I also took my womens vitamins and a lot of C supplements and water and completely went on that in hopes of getting my period back without thinking of more and just stop stressing of not getting it ladies take your vitamins and anything else that is good for your body’s health. I can’t believe I was making all these doctors appointments to get tested but now I’ll just be making one to get checked.
Been off the pill for a month (ish) - and this is the only method that gave me back my period 🙏🏾 Being on the pill masks any underlying symptoms or issues you may have with your menstrual cycle. I’ve had amenorrhea ever since I was 15 and I never did any real research or consulted a doctor to figure out what was wrong. Clearly, I didn’t have enough B6 in my diet and my hormones weren’t balanced, but there could be other issues preventing your period. Do your research! I’m so thankful this worked for me!
So happy for you!!! You knew your body!
@@LisaHayim1 thank you so much!!
Hi thank you so much for this video! I first got my period at 15 and i only received a period once a year after that.
I tried birth control but i got so depressed and had mood swings left and right and I've been trying to find natural substances to take to help regulate my cycle but no luck
I'm 21 now and still have the same problem so I'm def going to try this
please let me know if it works and give it time to work as well
Me too!
I got the depo shot at age 15 stopped taking it at age 17. I’m 21 and I have not gotten my period since.
Can I use this when I want my periods to stop? Have been on depo for 6 months now and my periods are not stopping
I eat chicken nothing happened missing pierod
How much mg of zinc to take per day?
B6 and zinc. thanks!
Did the zinc aid in your acne prevention?
i'm not sure. I got it badly on my back after going off BC but it settled
What a useful video I quit ecp last month and not seen my periods this video is meant for me.
I hope it works out for you!! hugs!
This is so helpful I been off the pill for three months and my ob was going to put me back in the pills and I’m like I want to get my period naturally hopefully this works for me I will update for your other viewers !
Thank you so much for making this video!!! I had been on birth control for 3 years, and after I decided to quit myself, I also lost my period( 2-3 months after I stopped). I was 19 when I started birth control. Since it was a stressful time of my life, I was stressed and not eating well. I went to the doctor. They told me I had PCOS with no cure ( I had all PCOS symptoms) and suggested me to be on birth control to get my period back. I was really sad because no one in my family has it, and I didn’t want to be on birth control for the rest of my life.
Long story short, I lost my period for a year! During this time, I’ve tried everything in an attempt to get my period back: the keto diet, supplements, low-carb diet, Chinese medicine... Even though at times I liked the idea of not having to deal with a period, I’ve lost a lot of my hair :( The good news is I just got my period yesterday! I’ll go to see a doctor soon and check the hormone levels in my body.
I just would like to share and hope my experience could help somebody out.
What made you get it?
@@Amk0776 I can’t say if there was a single thing that made it back, but I was drinking some traditional Chinese medicine that I got from a Chinese doctor for a little over 2 months. Every 10 days I went to see my doctor and he would adjust the ingredients based on my symptoms
did you come back taking your pill? after missing your period?
yes!
Going to take these supplements. Only have had my period twice in the past two years since stopping Birth control. Already tested for PCOS and came out negative. So thinking my hormones are all out of whack. Praying it works 😅😪
Tried the supplements you recommended and after 10 days I got my period back after a month I stop taking contraceptive pills, thank you so muchhhhh❤
It's so amazing when one finally finds joy in achieving something that's so important to human, Dr Aluda you truly God sent, The herbs you sent to me work like magic, am fibroids free and healthy now,,
I started the pill when I was 19 and got off at 22. I got my period for just one month after getting off it, and then it disappeared for 4months, until I went to a new gynecologist, and she sent me a progesterone based med for 5 days (which made my period come back for that month) and then 2 more meds based on progesterone and melatonin (these ones more natural based) for 6 more months to regulate my body. But my period is again late (just a few days so far), and I was investigating about what other natural supplement I could take. I know I have also the problem of micropolicystic ovaries (both of them), which makes it worse, and I stress too much usually, which is why she recommended to improve my sleep schedule, stress issues and diet too, but I'm still concerned about when it is coming back😅
Anyways, I'll try everything you've mentioned to see if it can help me. Whish me luck :')
❤❤❤❤😢😢😢 this is what am looking for 😢😢😢am in depo injection i have not seen my period for 5months am going to try it
My doctor did the same thing when I said I didn’t want to get more birth control she was like ok nothing more to say. I was expecting her to tell me what to expect. She brushed me off and only sounded interested when talking about my options besides no birth control. I was on depo for 3.5 years when do I get a period? What do I expect? She only 1/2 listened to me. Like how you’d pay attention when you’re texting or multitasking. so I’ve gone to the internet for my research. On what to expect and it’s helped me more than her.
Ugh this is so frustrating. so many times we have to advocate for ourselves.
How are you doing now? I just got off the depo
I also lost my periods and gained weight i became skinny fat i weighted 50 kg and i lost and became 39 kg by extreme diet and git ammneorhea then i tried recoverung it and now my periods are normal and regular but my weight isn't going dow i gained weight due to ammneorhea 55kg from 39kg i am so sad its been 2 yrars what should i do
Sorry to be cheeky to ask but what was your first few cycle days? Xx
i dont remember!
My daughter had spotting n tried this zinc n vitamin b .after 5 days she had heavy bleeding so she is afraid to take zinc n she said spotting is better than heavy bleeding
I wanna lose fat and gain muscle because i dont wanna be skinny fat for forever its humiliating i am eating well and exercising well and talig vitamins what should i do
Thank you so much for sharing, this information was SUPER HELPFUL!!!
I past i tried healthy diet to gain muscle after getting periods regularly i thought now i should lose fat and gain muscle.. but when i went on a diet nithing happend i did it for 3 weeks and my weight emained 55 i lost some inches in my waist but then nothing else happend
I haven't had my periods in the past 8 months. I It safe to use if I am 17?
Because loss of period can be caused by a multitude of things, it's important to speak to your health care provider and get their approval!
I took the pill for almost 2 years and missed one period. I want it back so badly because it’s just comforting to know I’m not pregnant!
How did you get rid of your acne??
I’m glad I found your channel, we are TTC. I got off the pill in August and haven’t had a period since! I just purchased your recommendations and I’m hoping this works for me 🤞🏼
I hope its working out for you-- I had my baby in August!
Hi. Did it work?
Did u got ur period back?
How many mg need to take for both supplement?
I am so glad I found your video. Before taking birth control 7 years ago I was completely regular. I had my period every month like clockwork since I was 9 years old. When I turned 21, I was sick of my heavy periods and got on birth control. Now after 7 years I want to make sure my body can ovulate and now my period has been completely out of wack for the last 6 months. I’m going to try these supplements and hopefully it works. Thanks you!
Please help me i am puzzled
Is it still okay to use a different brand…also my zinc says 50
I really hope this works, women with regular periods really don’t understand why it’s bothersome for me not having one, my doctor started me on birth control at 12 and I was on it until I was 23, we didn’t question the doctor putting me on it and so I just stayed on it when I quit the pill in 2019 I didn’t get a period for a year and the only periods I have gotten since then were induced by taking progesterone for 10 days. My doctor has never once offered advice on how to get it back other than to lose weight I truly appreciate this and hope it works for me
just wanted to say i started just the b6 when i commented this and i just got my period! it’s light but it’s there!!! I am amazed!! Thank you for sharing!!
Geez.. I'm a few days late, but no pos test,.. But this video def helped calm. My nerves. I'm coming off bc as well so I'm so glad this is a common accurance
Hi, um have been on depo for the past 5yrs 3mon, and stopped june this year. I have not seen my period since then and it's really worrying me coz my breasts gets big and painful as if am breastfeeding. I ve done some pregnancy test almost4 times and it all came out negative. My question is the medicine still working and are my hormones ok? Pliz help
Best to speak with your medical provider!
I was on birth control to regulate my periods for three month... After coming off the pill .. It's been two months m not getting my periods.. Is it normal!! Wht should I do...
best to speak to your doctor about this!
This is helpful, thank you. I am off birth control and still haven’t had my period :( I am worried.
Trust your body + take good care of it. Seek extra help if you need.
I was on birth control for a year left about 9 months ago and no signs of periods yet and my boyfriend and I really want a baby
Selma Haitewa girl same, mine was gone for about 6-7 months after bc, then I got one and now its random...when before I knew almost exactly the day it would start each month.
ItsShania well mine is not yet back and it’s stressing me out😓 I don’t know what to do anymore
Selma Haitewa I’ve only had one (last month) since the last withdrawal bleed I had which was like 7 months ago so I know the feeling. I’m monitoring mine and hoping it will improve. I hope the same for you!
ItsShania thanks babe. Am sure yours will improve soon lots of luck
Selma Haitewa no problem and thank you 🙏🏽
😭
I've started taking pill at 15. Now I'm 18...I have not taken pill from. 6 months...and now I'm too much worried...please let me know if it really worked...
Hey...I got spottting some days ago...please tell me if you are also get that in beginning...
Waiting for ur reply...please reply me
Can I try to take them to start my period back cuz I was on the pill in now I been off for 1 year and haven’t had my period yet
this is what worked for me, be sure to speak to your medical professional :)
Yeah sorry had to thank you this makes sense and my body liked it too xxxx 😀
Yay!! so glad it helped Laura !!
I know you mentioned low body weigbt can affect your period, what about exercise? I really enjoy working out everyday and I am a healthy weight, normal bmi. Can I still workout daily if I maintain a normal weight?
joyful movement is wonderful-- the problem is when it becomes obsessive and for the pure purpose of weight control.
@@LisaHayim1 thank you.....I don't want it get to that point but now I feel like I am working out just to stay healthy not to "be skinny". Thank you for your input.
I have been very regular since I got my period at 13, every 28 days. I had my daughter in April of 2019, and my period came back 6 weeks later, and now I am 31 and I missed my period in October and I have had negative pregnancy tests so I am going to try this method and see if this will help me.
Thanks for sharing!!keep us posted
did it work?
Absolutely love this! I went to click the B6 link though and it couldn't be found on Amazon?! Just wanted to check as I really want to try these out! I need to get my period back! Thank you for such informative videos!
Hi! I just checked it and it worked... not sure what's happening!
Did work ?
I was on birth control for 3 years without a period. A year ago I stop birth control and haven’t got my period 🙁i am ttc .i am going to try this to see if i can get my period back. Today i have an appointment with an gynecologist lets see i how it goes !!!
good luck!
@@lisahayim5562 did It work?
I tried most natural things which didn’t not work that much. Now I’m using Shatavari (7days) and I feel so much better but still waiting for my cycle to come. I’m so glad I already have 3 children cause now I’m really struggling to conceive when I was able to previously conceive without even thinking about it.
Wow what a win from getting in touch with your body!
listening (inner wisdom ) and science (outer wisdom) = winning
RIGHT!
Found out i had PCOS in my 20s. Took Contraception pill for 4 months and after stop taking i still didnt got my period. Been 3 months now.
I also did many blood test and hormones test. They were all okey. I dont know what to do or take. They advice me to take Vitamin D so thats what im doing now.
Can you please tell me if i should also take zinc and B6? Probably this gona work
not seeing mines naturally about 10 years after my daughter i have been to a gynecology and i have done so so many test to find out the reason and all my test comes back ok but i am diabetic so i am wondering if this can be the cause of my problem is it ok to try the B6
I doubt that you having diabetes would cause your period to stop. If you had testing done and it was normal I would def try supplements and acupuncture.
Whats acupuncher
@@rushelldavidson1740 its a form of Chinese medicine where the person treating you places needles (no it is not painful) at certain locations on your body and its supposed to stimulate your cycle. It does work.
i hope you find the answer!
Are you still taking these supplements regularly?
not as regularly they're part of my supplement routine but not every day! My period is now very normal.
Would a B12 supplement be sufficient for B6? Or do you think it's better to take pure B6??
they serve different functions!
Thank you so much for this video! I’ve been struggling with hypothalamic amenorrhea since going off of birth control for about 5 years (I’m 21). I still haven’t gotten a period over a year later and my endocrinologist put me on a pill meant for women in menopause to prevent osteoporosis. I went off the pill because I hate the idea of exogenous hormones in me, so to be put back on a pill daily all BECAUSE of a pill has been really hard for me. I’m going to start doing some research on supplements that may work for me and am hoping to start going to acupuncture soon. Just really sucks having to be on a pill again so to see that you felt the same way as me was so reassuring that I will be able to be off hormones one day. ❤️
I totally feel you. gotta listen and trust your doctor too. definitely a light at the end of the tunnel
my pleasure! please keep me posted
I would say to get off the endocrinologist pill but I see I'm too late! Would love to get a feedback about how your doing tho ..❤
