wonderful! i wish there was more stuff from the stutter/pre-stutter era, i used to have loads of stuff on tape in the olden days, live, bbc sessions, piccadilly radio etc
It's funny- there are versions of Laid (good song) and other later songs out there that have 1 million plus views and seem to be Euro anthems but I'm always drawn back to this early raw stuff. Man, this is real bona fide James at the cutting edge. Glad I was there to experience it. Also glad for the upload. Good job fowlersmate!

i can't begin to say how awesome it is to share this.
Love this... thanks for posting
These bring back a lot of memories for me - loved the Factory video compilations.
*I* wanna see the Stockholm Monsters clip. [hint, hint]
Awesome meaty nitty gritty. Booth, Gavan,
Its just crazy and following on stage this is very aggressive. Love it!
ive got some james stuff on vinyl when they was on the factory label fire so close and chainmail i think.
James early singles and first album were so great. So far away from the bloated stadium rock idiocy they moved on to.
and what a tin! All I need now to be complete is . . . five-o please????
Wooooooooow!!!!!
Tinny experimental street theatre James
go on gav..
Nobody ever mentions gibba
they were more percussiony in the early years. Definitely listenable tho.
