gee that's a lot of work and money for high 10's, which is a great time for any road car. How did you go with the coyote mustang??

Well and truly a different ketel of fish ... but same ball park.
But my VZ L76, otr full exhaust 255rwkw.. 3.73 gears (4l65) and a 4500rpm converter, on 235/65/15 et streets..
    Ran a best of 11.8 @116mph (1.54 60ft)
Shit ton less power (but also weight), faster trap speed lower ET
Hate to take the easy way out, but wouldn't it have been a better option to just go omega spec rear brakes and throw on some 16s?
*On that note, I now own a E3 Grange land yacht .. and easily running 15s on the rear is a thing of the past =(
When are you guys going to come out with a "drag racing" spec rear brake/wheel setup, love seeing caddys and vetts in the states running big rubber on the rears =)
Brakes that will still stop a fast car, but in a smaller package.

I'm running 20s 275/40/20 et streets and running consistent low 10s

Id be happy with that 10s is a good number for street and setup correctly. And at 460rwkw ya not completely killing the car aswell

meanwhile, my 2005 SUZUKI SV1000 with only 130 HP and 110 Nm does mid 10s quarter mile on 91 fuel. And that's on a 120,000 km stock engine that's never been rebuilt. The best part is that the whole bike only cost $2,500

ran a 383 small block at well...best time was 10,83 @127 mph back in 1998 was always beat by smaller block more expensive Italian backed mafia engines ,lol a two speed power glide and a 4.11 rear end ,, was quick but not effective enough to compete at the taller end of most meetings the haddad brothers and the smaller madas and the 460 cubed motors done most of us smaller bracket racers out of the deal ,, well they where a well resented and respected racer and knew what was required and they ran well .. looking at the white rhino here 30 /35 years after and no better ? some thing wrong ? just asking cheers all
