Hello again, Suzi and Travis, well, two cover songs with Tina S. fulfilled, and I can only say once more, thank so so much you did this for me. But not only for me, I knew a lot of your own fans and followers would also love Tina S - we can see it in the comments. And so, I do not want to finish this kind of very special experience yet, to listen to such an incredible talent - there is still more stuff out there to react to. And isn't there this saying also in your country, all good things come in threes? So then, let us continue this. And today we also have something really special again. You have seen two "speed" covers of Tina, but I can tell you, when she plays slower songs as ballads, what she shows us there is just as amazing too. And so I chose this cover now, a song from another incredible musician, Steve Vai. What he does with his guitar is wonderful. Of course you know him, you reacted to him in the past. and now, when Tina S. covers him, you may imagine she will also be fascinating then. But In this cover she not only sits there and simply plays, you can really feel her emotions in the movements and the kind she plays the guitar here - not first in her smile at the end of the clip as before. For me this is really different to her speed covers. How she interprets this song is only amazing, as what she does with her guitar here once more. You must see and experience this for yourself again - Tina S. playing this ballad in her very own style and talent. And you also can see she is still even more varied then only playing such fast titles. When she played this song she was 15. So, please, join me once more for another wonderful Tina S. trip, this time with a whole different kind of song, but as usual so astonishing for what she can do. .. well, How could we ever loose such a talent? I really don’t know. For many people her silent disappearance is such a big loss, as it is for me. However, we won’t solve this mystery. Tina S has recently changed her profile picture on UA-cam and her social media. Hopefully, she returns soon. We all love her and what she does.
She is blonde nowadays and working with some music (not covers this time I think). She has made some updates to her social media platform profiles. A very short clip can be found in UA-cam where she plays in some studio. That sounds pretty good.

This is one of those performances where you can hear in the background, the sound of thousands of guitars hitting the insides of dumpsters everywhere!!🤣😆 She is so gifted, it's ridiculous! That said, Tina has just popped back up again a few weeks ago with a new single from a band she is now in, called Spin Twice? Be warned, she sounds nothing like she did on these older tracks, and I'm hoping for another couple tracks to drop to really form an opinion on how she's doing now.😉

I can only imagine how good she is now.. dear god.
1. Steve Vai did react to this (If I remember it was a tweet). Needless to say he was impressed.
2. Nobody knows for certain in any documented way what Tina is doing now. There are pictures of her from school but I'd never repost people's social media because that is rude and creepy.
3. In the absence of information I think it's great to realize that she already left us with so much amazing music to enjoy. Greatness is never quantity really, anyways.
4. This is my favorite piece of hers because I think it shows her precision as well as her immense capacity for expression. I'm not sure I'd even like the piece played by anyone else. It requires a very certain kind of nous to convey it's longing and heartache and Tina does this perfectly.

I have been to many 100s of concerts since 1971, have seen any guitar master worth his salt other than Jimmy Hendrix and damn, just for her talent alone she has to be in my top 20, she was that good. It is a shame she disappeared soon after these videos a decade or so ago, she sure would have been hot if she pursued her musical career. I hope she is happy whatever she is doing now. 🎸

On a purely technical level, she has to be among some of the best rock and classical guitarists in the western world. One can’t be on that level and just walk away from it forever, but people have been saying that for years now so apparently she did just that.

She was bullied by horrible people on the internet, so she had enough, stopped, and went to University to pursue an education. I just think she got a whiff of what the music industry might be like and she didn’t want it, but nobody seems to know for sure what she ultimately decided to do. I’m sure we all just want her to be happy.

I’m glad some of the guitar gods gave her positive feedback including Herman Li of DragonForce who positively reviewed her cover of his guitar work. He actually reached out to get her come to their concert and play on stage with them when they were in France, but he wasn’t able to get in touch with her and he actually invited her again on his UA-cam review to come out and jam with the band, but so far nothing from her, so it seems to me that music isn’t the way she wants to go, at least professionally because that first step might open some doors for her.
