No clue buddy...check with service center they might open the console and fix it

to properly securing a bike, the bike shocks should be compressed, in this case you might have a broken clutch or gear lever, self had similar experience from VRL, I would never again use VRL.
10000 rup😲😲 very high transport cost, if u go by road 2400km and fuel is 6000 rup approx per litre avg 30km, 2 nyts stay 600×2 1200 totally 7200 around trip cost, during this trip u do vlog by roads some places and u got nice lot off likes also

It's good that you gave your bike to VRL for transportation. Never give your bike to Gati. They'll most certainly ruin, damage and destroy it.
Better make the cage modern. No packing reqd.
