What ever you saud is correct, but main rationale behind sucess is VRL is its diversified portfolio and other thing is LCL Model plus Hub and spoke model, and other advantage which VRL is having when compared to its the Company can internally generate its Working Capital requirements from the profits of Passenger movement and Courier service.... But still in future possible threat for VRL is its management reason being its still a family run business which will be a threat at any point of time in future.....

Bhai you video is less focused about VRL but more towards promoting present government. You quickly jumped to present government while VRL stated and grow much before 2014. I am from Karnataka but lived there for 5 years way later and 20 years back and during that time I observed this group business. You thumbnail poster is VRL but inside video content is not about VRL. Will skip this video.

Bus speed 80 , other bus reaches early, vrl volvo udupi time 5. 30, reaches malad 12.51( time mention in app 10.50 am, reply u get traffic, other busess no traffic, u bring expensive buses but if busess don't reach in time, what's the use

Let it be underrated as the service at local offices in other cites are too bad no transporter want to go and unload their material at VRL specifically. 30min job takes 2hrs to complete due inefficient system.
