I have a farm near hassan.I built it with same concept of farming+AirBnB. This video felt as guidelines for me
Dream chaser , appreciate your strong thought process and grit
Great content! The guest was intelligent, with a practical and progressive thought process.
Bravo👌..very inspiring. Loved it man
One thing govt and people should get a moral out of the story. To have a good wealth distribution, the migration of people to cities is to be prevented. Working from home will definitely help in reverse migration.
Maintaining law, order, and cleanliness in cities will be easy if population density decreases.
This idea of people like Suhas can create employment for people in villages. which also deals with the migration of people to cities.
I want to really intern under this man. So insightful this was.
The guest's long term plan and way of thinking towards that is good
Nice video, practical. The benefits can't be calculated in terms of money. You get peace which is invaluable. Liked the video
It is very clear from this video that just on farming you can not jus survive, forget abot this lavish lifestyle. You need some kind of primary income to maintain your lands & to do agriculture. You need a constant income to feed your farming expenses till you stabilise your commercial crops growth & you see the actual income later.
Such an inspiration
To create this lifestyle is to die for! Amazing thinking and amazing life!
Good job🎉
Woww this awakens me ❤
Living a wonderful life..
Amazing video
A snapshot on value creation😊
Super stuff! Few questions:
1. Kids School?
2. Health care of parents?
3. Suhas , i wish to visit, pls share Airbnb link
Hey Vaibhain!
Regarding Kids - we have put them on a good CBSE school which is around 25 kms away. They travel around 30-40 min.. but it’s a serine route. Initially we had to drop them few kms from our place - but later School was kind enough to send the bus till our farm. So it’s kind of taken care. The only difference I am observing from a fancy school in Bangalore vs this school is language and few activities.. but the kids are more calmer, grounded and empathetic here.
Regarding Healthcare - our parents always stayed in a small town 10 kms away from the farm. Now they keep shuttling between both homes.. there are good Multi Specality hospitals within 30-50 km radius. Not all small towns will have this kind of access - but that’s a very important point to consider.
Currently we have not opened it up for public / Airbnb - we are hosting friends and family - trying to learn hospitality and level up the service standards in the process. You may follow the farms page on Instagram for more details / updates - instagram.com/shivasestate
Hope that was helpful 😊
Nice content, learnt a lot of things from Suhas. Every dream chaser should know the value of Life and Money. Everything Suhas deliver in this video is with perfect logic. Please make more videos like this.
I was planing to buy independent house in Bangalore city. Now after watching this video I have another plan.
Massive respect to this guy !
Lovely
I have this same vision and started building my own farm with 5 acres. I only need is a remote job now to permanently move away from Bangalore
You are true inspiration ❤
PLease show his tractors and farming equipment,
Great content. Make these videos global. Esp with USA investors as well. It will reach wider audience
To buy farmland or resort in India you have to be an Indian resident. NRI cannot buy farmland or resort kind of property.
Would like to connect with the owner for stay options
👌👌
Nice
If you sell some property for over 4cr, just go and buy 20 acres in rural area with good water supply, Get a soil testing done and You can easily earn 25-30 lakhs an year with perennial crops, Once you have 50lakhs just plant longterm cash crops, You can easily earn 60+ lakhs annually tax free and live in a city and hire a property manager. Fun part is rural properties are exempt from long term capital gains 😂😂.
This is why politicians dont tax farming and farms because almost all of them are farmers.
To simply say if you look at much of Indias history, Only large land lords have made money.
You can always flip your farm for huge profits or keep buying more land and once you cross the 40acre land sealing you can register a company and transfer the land under it.
I thought its a wint wealth new video , same editor is kt?
Only learning is you should have rich in-laws as parents are god gift. But choosing in in law is in your hands
Major contribution came from Suhas' earnings. If its 30 Acres Suhas would have easily bought 20-25 acres with his own money. Please don't assume without appropriate knowledge.
@@PerAnnummoney It would have enlightened others if you had interviewed him on how he created such wealth to invest to and afford these luxuries, then people won't assume things, otherwise based on what he said about In-law's and wife's property ppl are assuming here. Looking at his linkedin profile he has been an entrepreneur right after his Btech. Lucky 1% in India can reach here. Most can't relate to this, though they would dream about having such lifestyle. Hope it's understandable.
Love the routine
What is the name of this farmhouse ?
There is comparison maintaining a farm is not the same as maintaining an apartment.
Absolutely. But working at your farm is far more satisfying than sleeping at your apartment..
Living the dream life ...
all points described are really helpful,
1) have a vision where you want to see yourself like your hometown, village etc. then build as per that
2) 7-10 years are enough to accumulate good sum from teir1 city to your village or hometown.
250 kms from Bangalore is - near Bangalore?😂😂
Am not sure about others - 3.5 hrs from Bangalore is near for me.. unlike city like Delhi NCR where travelling from one end to other end takes 3-4 hrs in traffic - Belur / Hassan is connected with a great express way which is a joy to drive..
@@suhassshankarappaI have a small 3 acre farm in nelamangala...the greenery is slowly dissapearing around my place due to developing real estate...can something like this be done in a small scale...
Near Hassan,quite a distance
Need a copter ,jet
Difficult proposition 😢
how did he make money in the first place? no details of it. If it includes his journey from where he started, challenges and how he made money it would be helpful. What resources are there for someone to follow similar ambition
What about security of farm and people living in the isolated area, what about cost on employing labours.
Cost of employing labourers here is preety compared to a metro ot even a two tier city. Suhas has security guards and other staff to take care of security. Although it's a pretty safe area.
@@PerAnnummoney Thanks to his neighbours, it is not like in other villages where they come & either destroy your crop or cut power supply and other nonsene things
Resale value of EV car is low compared to ic engine car
I seriously doubt you are going to make 2Cr from Coffee and Fish from one pond , even if you have a 5 acre pond
Lets imagine 50k fishes survive and grow 2kgs and he gets Rs 200/kg . I personally know someone who are into fisheries. Its possible to make a good earning provided you are experienced.
@@aimlessuploads9413 normally about 9 feet of water is usable in a pond beyond which no sunlight penetrates. Stocking density is 1.8 kgs per m2. So roughly for your figure 14 acres or closed to half the purchased area would need to be pond
Who maintains your security in such a lonely place??
I guess he became rich already by other means and then established this farm/ farm house. No way to reach this level by farming alone… BMW of 1.2 Crore? No farmer, even if he has really earned through farming will go for such fancy. There is a lot of disconnect on incurred expenditure, earnings etc… easy Silas than done. Please do not get carried away. However, the approach to life and the direction are quite acceptable.
We never said that he has generated all his wealth through farming. He was sharing the potential income he can make from this farmhouse.
How did he claim depreciation on car? What is this concept?
He bought car in the name of company. Individuals pay tax on revenue, companies pay tax on profit.
Bro is more calculative than a calculator..fugg..lol
what about kid's school? How do you manage kids' education in a farmhouse away from the city?
Belur is Hassan. It's no way close to Bengaluru. 😂
So wondering about the other aspects of the video. At the max I can say that he is super smart and marketing his products well or super exaggeration.
I know many aqua culture farmers who are into growing fish. Never heard of anyone making 1cr(even once in a decade either) per acre from fish farms
@@gouthamkondapavuluru1959 You are right.. making 1 cr out of fishery is not easy.. I was referring to the potential yield. I have my friends who exclusively to this for their living - with innovative practices and scientific methods - you can 10X more money than your peers in the industry..
What is farm house name , and where it comes
It's located near Belur in Karnataka. Belur is about 250 kms away from Bangalore.
@@PerAnnummoney Please include this kind of info in the video. I might have been left out for privacy, but we could say its roughly near Belur in the video. Apart from that, its a great video 👍
Sorry but belur is not near Bangalore.. this is not a big deal 🙃
Very good!!
A few open questions:
1. Suhas and his wife's educational and professional background before starting this farm.
2. Is he still work for any company/clients?
Hey!
I am a Computer Science Engineer and my wife is a MTech in Thermal Engineering
We both are working in our company - Leo.digital
He is born with a silver spoon
Clearly he wasn’t. Suhas comes from a very normal middle class family but it was his entrepreneurial efforts that has made him what he is today.
@@lokeshsag it took 10 years of building a startup to accumulate 5 cr.. 😅
Pakka he won’t make this money
He is enjoying dads money or father-in-law money
In Bangalore/ Devanhalli land went x10 since 15years
He is telling 25cr for 30acre I bet him let him sell at 15cr with developements 🤪
Most im commemt are commenting in fomo and most are greedy.
You hired same editor here, or what exactly is goign on here 😂
Wint wealth wanna be
Kind of copying Wint Wealth. Good Content though.
Going in a electric car doesn’t mean it’s Go green, even more pollution is caused in making the batteries and other parts of electric car and how the electricity is generated in india which is mostly through coal. If the electricity is generated in this case of the video is through solar.. that’s great, but for an avg human it’s always through coal.. buying an electric car in a way is more polluting than Ice
Looks super isolated n haunted
We were there Mr. Jaiswal. There was greenery, cool air, sunlight, amazing plantations, amazing food, and we enjoyed our stay for 2 days. We won't hesitate even for a second to go back there.
Ayyo shade still you are working like a dog, But you are showcasing that you leave a dream life.....
I feel funny 🤣
I still work like a dog man!! There is no reason for me not work at this age.. 😃 - but the point is I am working like a dog in my comfort with my lovely dogs at the farm 🐕
@PerAnnummoney While its a great to achieve such lifestyle so early in life, it would have enlightened others if you had interviewed him on how he created such wealth to invest and afford these luxuries, then people won't assume things and critic about this video, otherwise based on what he said about In-law's and wife's property ppl are assuming here. Looking at his linkedin profile he has been an entrepreneur right after his Btech, which require some financial support from family ofcourse. Lucky 0.1% in India can reach here. Most can't relate to this, though they would dream about having such lifestyle. Hope it's understandable.
Yes we even talked about that. We will soon be releasing that video as well.
It’s surprising how people here are commenting about the viability of the land, location of his farm and reselling value.
What you don’t understand is even if you consider his whole farmhouse as a liability, which clearly isn’t the case, he has wide enough income stream to sustain it.
What you should be more interested is how he spent time acquiring the skills of an entrepreneur and created wealth. Once you have enough of it, you can even build a house on moon, it doesn’t matter.
Same lessons to draw from zoho CEO Sridhar Vembhu.
@@PerAnnummoney
VISHWAS AGARWAL: you should have really asked those questions on how he got his skills, what he learned and what was all the process that helped him to generate wealth and get to this point
Suhas sir...I need information and guidance from you...@pay annum money....Pls share their number 🙏
I see some negative comments. All I can say is you've achieved what only 0.1% can achieve. Good job 👏
That's so true.
