I got the a7iv and I've been stuck on not giving up on slog 3 lbvs. Im coming from a 8bit a6600 so I'm trying to get that full dynamic range lol I have these luts too but gave up on them cause I couldn't get It to look right. I'm going to try again

I got the a7iv too I’m shooting a music video with it right now to show how it can handle that type of work. I started with the a6600 too and I did a lot of editing for a lot of video clients and they use slog3 and I liked the color grade I did so I had a move into that. And to use the LUTs right you have to have your settings right in camera from exposure to white balance. If you need help let me know

wow this was very helpful. One question tho what's your white balance settings you use for your camera? indoor and outdoor.

Thanks for watching. I normally keep my white Balance for out door 5600k and in door between 4800k and 5600k depending on the scene. I’m going to make a video on my setting I use in my camera to help with quick color correction and grading
