Just made this for Mother’s Day. Served with cheese grits. Finally learned how to do the prep and execution correctly. Never made it for more than 5 folks though…used farm eggs and a fresh from my garden fried green tomato slice vs the ham. A few Bacon bits on top. It was very good.

Loves egg Benedict!!! A local resturant owned and operated by the legendary Marcel Dionne - Blue line dinner did it 100% the best in niagara- Toronto region. Miss that restaurant

I've never seen hollandaise made this way, but it came out awesome looking (it seems like kind of a similar process to how you make mayo, if you're doing it by hand).
Most people mess this up. If i can give any advice, just like he said in the video - if your egg yolk mixture is binding up too quickly remove your pan or bowl from the heat and keep stirring. People usually get scared and freak out and mess it up. Just quickly remove the pan and continue stirring for 30 seconds or less until ehatever youre cooking in cools down.

I love eggs Benedict I usually go salmon because I don’t eat pork. I remember once when I went on a cruise they had eggs Benedict. I don’t know what they did but it was the most disgusting thing ever. Maybe they had those packets of Benedict sauce.

A good way to keep hollandaise is store it in a thermal flask, that’s been filled with hot water before to pre heat it
