    I've lost like 15 pounds since starting to watch your content. Just cooking more often at home and eating out less makes a huge difference. I don't even use many of your recipes. Maybe I'll take an idea or a skill you've shown and apply it to something else. Either way love you brother and yah we're all praying for you.

    Real man, showing his errors, owning up... but instead of hiding it, pretending to be these PERFECT chefs, like most youtubers do... He instead teaches others that we all mistakes, (Even someone like Kev who should know better..), and shows his viewers how to avoid it, RESPECT.

    Was a good lesson to show. Stay calm. move pan. Blow out. Salt. A lid over the fire would work as well. And yes if all else fails go for fire extinguisher

    Great info! Had a grease fire in my kitchen and unfortunately we lost our entire kitchen and items in living room. BE SAFE!

    So many nuggets of knowledge in just the span of a few minutes, learned a lot. Appreciate you explaining the mistakes. I've also found that simmering the wings before blasting them in either the oven or deep fryer helps a lot with crisping them up with the final cook. Thanks again for the recipes!

    Fire extinguisher made for the kitchen is a good idea to have handy. People want to start waving at fire instinctively but that just feeds the fire oxygen. Fire like that has to be smothered, covered. Like if it’s a fire in the oven, do not open the door. If it’s in a pan, put a lid on.

    Thank you for the lesson Kevmo! I didn’t know how to deal with grease fires and I’ve realized that since I’m new to frying and have very young, curious, unpredictable children I should wait to do deep frying for a couple years!

    It's honestly refreshing seeing you cutting the potatoes and doing the index finger and thumb hold to cut the last bit of the potatoes!
    I do that all the time and I feel embarrassed about my cutting skills.
