thank you for posting these. it really does help. currently, I am starting to slowly do barrel racing. I have a horse that I would use, but she’s a very hot horse when it comes to barrels. How do i teach her to not work herself up so much? she also is very sensitive to any pressure that’s put on her whether it’s hands, legs, or seat. She does not like to slow down when she comes to a barrel, so she will eatheir run into the barrel, or she will have a horrible turn because she will not slow down. thank you in advance:)

Also I have one question, so their is this barrel horse and he is 2 years old and I don't really know how to ride ngl haha. So would I have to get a trainer and stuff like that to start? Also like would it even be worth it to get him if he is so young?
Happy to help!:) well the 2 year old has to be broke first and I would just send him to a trainer if you don’t know how to train them get him back and take lessons and have someone teach you how to ride:)

How did you get where you are at ? I want to have horses and rodeo my own when I move out . But if you don’t mind me asking, what’s your job what do you do how do you keep up with all of it . I really want to do what you do but idk if I can. Idk how to start ?

Yes but it’s not like she has alley issues she just needs a little push to help her go.

Usually smooch and raise my arms up just a little. And I have a five year old stallion and he has alley issues but right when a get him to the Front of the alley then he accelerates very fast. Do you have any tips. HELP ME. 🥺🥺🥺🥺😂😂😂😂
I could really use some advice:/ I have a mental block when it comes to running barrels I’m new to it and trying to get into it. I’m an experienced rider and have been riding almost 12 years now and love going fast on a straightaway but when it comes to running the barrels I really have some fear for it. What specifically are you having struggles with kicking?
