Gary sensational series of videos, can’t believe you have so few followers and likes! One of the best series on you tube, keep them coming.
I admire your working without a pit nor a car lift. Thank you for making the videos as they’re so informative as well as being inspiring, as I glance across to where my 1989 Spirit is awaiting attention.
Great stuff , Gary , as always. Most impressed with John at Introcar, what a honest man . As they say , a man who can’t make a mistake, can’t do nothing. This gent , admits to be learning all the way , absolutely spot on . Golden !
John, CEO of Introcar, is a true professional. He cares deeply about the quality of the products that his company produces and makes sure he hires the type of people that compliment that mission. If i ever buy a RR or Bentley, i will definately be buying my parts from them for sure. Even when asked about his competitor, FlyingSpares, he only had good things to say. Sign of a true gentleman.
Such a great film, never thought I’d find parts so interesting!
What a visual treat. Great wit in your commentary.
Thanks again Gary, really enjoyed this one. A better compliment is from my 12-year old son who said you have a really nice voice and he wished his teachers talked like that!
Ha ha!! Nice one Lee and thanks again for watching..
Fantastic approach by John.
Just discovered these videos. As a Shadow owner they're fascinating, beautifully made and a joy to watch. Thanks Gary, and also for your work in keeping the Corniche and your other classics motoring on
Wow what a great place
One of the most enjoyable things about your videos is the attention to the minutiae of restoring classic cars. Thank goodness for firms like this, they keep these beauties on the road. Thank you Gary, it truly is a joy to see a new episode to enjoy.
Talented family the Mavers
I used to have two silver shadows years ago A mark one and a mark two I first went to intro car when they were a breakers I can remember it like it was yesterday when I turned up there was this young guy who spoke very nicely not like you would find at a normal breakers he was so helpful and polite I went there many times over the years so refreshing to see this video. 🇬🇧👏
Attention to detail is fantastic !
I really love your channel Gary, I also appreciate the particular knack you have with your assorted guests and appearances!
Brilliant💎
It’s great that such companies as IntroCar with prestige parts, flying spares, and indeed many other companies, small and large are still around, to keep our Beloved and cherished classic Rolls Royce and Bentley Motor Cars on the road, and not just became museum pieces, of motoring days past......With this kind of backup I must say that it’s surprising that there is not more independent Rolls-Royce and Bentley specialists workshops, carrying out service work, General maintenance, accident repair damage etc. Especially in the north west of England.
You was naughty in Vera !!!!!
Its great to see people with a passion for classic cars and respect what has to go into maintainting them 👍👍👍👍
I'm so glad I found this channel, there is something so gentle and soothing about watching somebody so skillful and passionate about a subject we all love so much and think should be preserved in spite of outside forces who would think and want otherwise. And there has just been an advert on the telly for one of those electric car things, environmentally friendly, my a***. I rest my case.
This is so glorious to see, aftermarket picking up the slack to keep all these wonderful cars on the road. Thanks.
I have always admire the commitment of British cars enthusiasts to keep these classic cars on the road. Some models have such good parts availably that you could build a new one out just spares (the only thing you’d need is a VIN). Good to know these companies exist!
That is like an Aladdin's Cave at Introcar!
I like the way Ginger takes parts out of the packet and Gary attempts to take hold of the part but Ginger won't let it go.
Takes all sorts
Great company, I visited to pick up an exhaust mounting bracket for a Silver Shadow a couple of months ago... Tony J and the team were most welcoming. Brilliant channel Gary, just had my SUs serviced, absolutely transformed the car!
Hi Alan. Yes, I’m looking forward to doing mine. I think us Rolls owners get used to the cars pootling along and running smoothly but when you replace something or service the SU’s like you’ve done, you’re right. The difference is always shocking. There are so many bits worth staying on top of. There’s always something to do on these cars but fabulous!! Regards.
This lad John is a great man,
As always a pleasure to watch these videos. Nice music bytheway.
The amazing design and engineering that went into these cars originally makes them ,if not easy, so reliable to work on. The silencer box clip being an example.
Great video.
Forget the roller get on with that Lotus 😀
Not roller ever Rolls
@@mrjohncharlesbrown 🤔Really?. You are both wrong. People who have respect for this wonderful Marque would say Rolls_Royce and only Rolls_Royce!.............
@@alancrisp1582 I own a Rolls Royce 1973 Two Door Saloon Mulliner Park Ward Corniche I say " Rolls" I feel it's a bit too much of a mouthful to properly distinguish a exclusive rare coach built version but never ever a "Roller "
@@mrjohncharlesbrown 😀Fair enough, point taken. P.S. your ROLLS - sounds like an extra special car.You lucky man!. Happy 😊 motoring to you. And greetings from New Zealand..................
I love your enthusiasm you still have for your projects
Thanks for another super interesting epispode Gary - Really nice to see this channel growing!
Great video Gary, 👍🏻😀
Outstanding
the Intro car interview should be a seperate video! Its fantastic, but few will see it!
Wonderful 👍
Hey Gary , Another great episode and cant wait to see you fit all the goodies from Introcar - looking good on last weeks episode of Vera BTW :-) ! Introcar - what a quality company , I didnt realise the expertise and development work that they do. I lose count of the amount of times ive bought new products for my cars and the quality is poor - these guys though are absolutely brilliant. Looking forward to seeing you and the motor at the NEC ! Cheers Stew
Another great video ,nice to see the old Roller having a birthday with quality components from a top team .
Thanks for the tour of Introcar's facility, Gary. I had to go to UA-cam and get a crash course on the differences between used parts, rebuilt parts, and remanufactured parts, which is a fascinating topic in itself and the cause of a bit of debate, as to what to go for. I really like your methodical approach to every job. Cheers, a fan of the show from NZ.
Another solid episode, what a piece of engineering that car is. Aladdin's cave tour was great as well, thanks
I really enjoyed this episode of classic obsessions. The guys at IntroCar doing a magnificent job of keeping all you restorers supplied with the parts you need. You looked like a kid in a sweet shop during that warehouse tour Gary! Great content. Look forward to the next episode.
Hi, it was just genuinely refreshing to see how stocked up they were and not sub-contracting orders out. They really are a great firm in terms of parts availability, knowledge and genuinely care about keeping Rolls and Bentley on the road. That’s why I get behind them. Regards.
Gary you are a legend 👏
We watching your videos from Sydney Australia and waiting from you more videos. Best regards
Such a good episode Gary. I'm obsessed with your obsession!
Great episode. Really appreciate the quality of the channel in every way. One of my favourites from now on.
That was absolutely fantastic to watch those guys doing all that great work helping keep those wonderful cars on the road! Well done to them and well done to you for looking after it too! 😉👏👏👏👏👏👏👌
Another good one Gary. Your working hard
Loving all these and have been enjoying the series. Obviously grew up with you on TV, but have moved to you doing car things now and loving it. Minor brain misfire when I saw you on the latest episode of Vera! :) Showing my age, that brief moment of ... hang on what am I watching, before a reconnect to reality. :) Loving the Rolls. All the best with it.
Excellent video, very informative a lot of details, your channel is a fountain of knowledge not only for you immaculate job also for the suppliers where people can get repairs.
Just only, if you allow me a “ recommendation” when you work in the car especially when you are under the car wear safety glasses a spill of oil or a debris can hurt your vision, I do not want to be intrusive, but you could be a model for young future classic car restores , safety first, the same way your restore cars to be safe : brakes, shock absorbers suspension, etc.
thanks again for videos we wait for the next to come.
Cheers,
Excellent video again Gary. I've been watching your videos for a few weeks now and it's only today I've realised your an actor after seeing you in Vera :) Keep up the great work and i'll look forward to the next one. All the best, James
Awesome episode!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Really like that careful hands-on work on your cars that you show! Really enjoyed it.
Just joined here when the Lotus joined. Great presentation 👌
I look forward to seeing the car at the NEC.
What a great channel this is. Thanks for another really enjoyable video Gary.
Excellent episode, Gary. And great content on Introcar. Looking forward to the next one on the Lotus!👍

Genius!
You make it look so easy
I’m so glad I took it off in one complete piece…would’ve been like trying to master the Rubix Cube John!! Regards.
@@classic.obsession so am I Gary but compared to your project on the Corniche it was a piece of cake ! It's lovely to see how you've transformed that sad neglected old car into what it is today !
Very much looking forward to the carb rebuild and tuning. Hoping you will show me where I have gone wrong 😉
Great video Gary 👍 you are favourite show on UA-cam now .
Lovely video, Ashame I can't find anyone to look after my Rolls Royces 😫, it's like finding a needle in a haystack, someone competent, honest, reliable and reasonably priced, is non existent nowadays 😢
There's two Corhiche for sale on trade me in New Zealand at the moment . I love the look of the car, alot. Beautiful. It is reassuring to know all these parts are available and in NZ! Thanks Gary and introcars for the introduction. Choice.
Love this channel
You should get a proper ball joint separator, Gary, they aren't expensive and they do not split the boot. I think the pickle fort is only good as a chisel!
Hi Andy, I’ve got one but I had the full kit with new rubbers to fit, so it didn’t matter. Regards
Steve McQueen ordered and paid for a brand new Corniche incidentally 'similar dark colour' in 1977 not unlike the Thomas Crown Rolls Royce
What a fabulous company 😊
Great video
Thanks gary for a great episode, really enjoyed it,, ps i was at lakeland motor museum this week ,well worth a visit,,
👍❤️
This episode makes me want to buy a Bentley. Which stand will you be on at the NEC.
Brilliant video again. Have you sold the XJS?
Hi Chris, no. It’ll be back! Regards.
@Classic Obsession - Gary Mavers brilliant as I also have a XJS V12!
Great video!...thank you....the only thing I've ever questioned is spray painting the leather seats....I'm sue it works or you wouldn't use it.....thanks again...cheers
Trust me Fred. Vinyl coat was invented by a man in Liverpool in the 1980’s who later sold his product lock stock and barrel to a firm in Birmingham who still successfully produce and market it today. It can be applied in aerosol or spray gun and comes complete with a cleaner and prep solvent which is used before application. I’ve been using it for 40 years and never been disappointed…and I don’t have any kind of sponsorship deal with them incase you were wondering!! Regards.
Gary I have the Silver Shadow grill with mascot and the chassis plate the number which traced it the car featured in the Oasis album in the swimming pool featured in their famous album it's on my office wall I dismantled the grille and cleaned and restored the insides behind,. it's amazing the quality of the fabricating involved there is a brass casting underside with a machine fit bore for the mascot stem that slides tight inside with a 2BA thread socket screw ..the Allen key in your toolkit is meant for that so you can remove the mascot for security overnight parking, I purchased a stainless steel town cap for my Corniche to replace the mascot when parking her out of sight....
Really enjoying your work. Great to see the 928 on the driveway too. Selling on his behalf or have you bought that too?
Hi, michael. No, I had to buy it. Regards.
I wonder if IntroCar are developing a head gasket for the Bentley W12? As this has never been available from Bentley/VAG.
Evening all tgippf 🎉😊
Gary , absolutely love your videos . Question ….. why didn’t you get your subscribers a discount / promo code for us ? Restoring my rolls corniche and sure need many parts weekly lol
Hi Kris. There is a promo code in the description. Regards.
So sorry I did not check the description for a code . Not as hip as I could be with electronics :) thank you so much …. Will use it !!
🤘😎🤘🇬🇧
Great job. Nice one. Keep them coming those RR video's. What is the red Porsche 928 on the background..? You bought a 928 GT..?
Yep. Watch the last episode I put out last with the red lotus. Regards.
Those ball joints look soooo loose compared to what I am used to in American cars that have non rebuildable units.
Is that lee playing piano?
Typical scouser, goes in a shop and comes out with loads of stuff without paying 😂😂
*PromoSM* ☹️
