Who else is soothed by wesleys workout videos. This makes my day all the time. I’ve watched hundreds of your videos and I still look forwarded to hearing the logo. This is where it is all about classssssssic bodybuilding :D
I like your explanation for everything you do. It's very technical. One of the best bodybuilders in the world for sure Wesley. Something to admire. Hope you're proud of work.
Wes, that's cool you are utilizing some of John Meadows' techniques and giving him the credit. He's a good dude. Always look forward to seeing your videos, stay GOLDEN!
You’d make a great personal trainer. Very thorough yet simple explanations. No bs training gimmicks and keeping it classy and professional and the results speak for themselves.
Exactly same I was searching for two body parts in one session. Very useful videos you upload. Very helpful videos. Each excrise I do. Support from India (Mumbai)
In my opinion, your physique is the most reminiscent of Arnold's out of anyone else competing. Its chest and triceps day for me as well. Glad I saw this early. 👍
Something I've been doing for about 6 months now is splitting up my arm workouts is one workout is nothing but cable and machine exercises. The next workout is nothing but dumbbell and barbell exercises.
You're so underrated in America, unfortunately! I think Europe should have a local Mr.O in the future, there are a lot of athletes not even knew there, very good athletes in different federations who don't have the chance to participate!
Wesley you should try to do triceps push downs with the elbows pulled back, most of yours you do with them positioned in front of your body. I feel the exercise differently with the elbows further back
that movement looks like it feels incredible. I do something similar with dumbbells but I don't do it unilaterally. Seems like a great pump if you do one at a time
Great idea/technique for the kettlebell skull crusher. I have poor elbows and this will definitely be one I incorporate. Thank you Wesley/Meadows! What is the song called in the intro?
I am from Peru, your videos are very interesting but it would be fabulous if they subtitled it into Spanish to understand your recommendations for each training. Greetings ...
I can see that in this video you use a smith machine that has a cable attached to it which leads me to think that the weighttransfer is 2:1, or atleast feels different than a traditional 1:1 normal smith machine.
shouldn't we adduct at the top when doing dumbbell chest press? Forgive me for the silly question I am just a beginner and any input would be much appreciated thanks
Hallo Wesley, heerlijke video zoals altijd! Bankdrukken, zwaar, licht, excentrisch. 3sec zakken, 1sec omhoog. Dumbell flies, incline, flat. You name it, Maar niets lijkt te werken. Heb jij misschien tips? images.app.goo.gl/tbZCx6FcCSJ8FbX6A
The kettlebell exerts the same force on the palm of your hand and it has technically the same moment arm as a normal dumbbell and the there is no difference in horizontal force compared to the dumbbell. The vertical force stays exactly the same as the nature of the grip of the kettle bell is the same as the dumbbell there is LEGIT no difference in the two, irrespective of the shape which you are holding. You could be holding a spare wheel with the same bar handle it will Have the same effect as the dumbbell. You are just fooling yourself, there is still a shit ton of stress created on the elbow joint. Moment =F×distance. You can think im wrong but at a physics stand point you cannot fight me on this. I hope you see this just trying to help you. PLUS due to the nature of the spherical shape it might "feel" better because the center of gravity of the sphere is much closer to the center to which you are holding the bar on the kettle bell which means when you are slightly out of place on the bar there is much less torque created which you may/may not even notice on your elbow or rotator cuff. Ez pz physics in a nutshell 👌
Its not about bodybuilding or winning, been following you. All I see is passion and dedication to what you love doing, thats what life is all about.
Well spoken my friend💪

Looks like you’re already ready for 2021 “O“!
If triceps are weak point. Why not prioritise them by training them First on another day instead of second on chest day ??
Looking fantastic dude. Damn. I have to try the kettlebell single arm tricep extensions. 💪
that movement looks like it feels incredible. I do something similar with dumbbells but I don't do it unilaterally. Seems like a great pump if you do one at a time
Same here..I gotta try the kettle bell
Can you maybe show us the dipping without the shirt so we can see the contraction as well?
Great idea/technique for the kettlebell skull crusher. I have poor elbows and this will definitely be one I incorporate. Thank you Wesley/Meadows!
What is the song called in the intro?

I can see that in this video you use a smith machine that has a cable attached to it which leads me to think that the weighttransfer is 2:1, or atleast feels different than a traditional 1:1 normal smith machine.
Came for the exercise, stayed for the voice.

Welcome to modern bodybuilding, where it's all about bubble gut bonanza.
Makes blood sound exiting 😂
Ligandrol 🙌🏼
Perfect shape
But if a full dip works out the triceps and that’s the last chest excersize then aren’t you warming up your triceps for the next lifts?
You gonna defeat all the bodybuilders in the coming years
Doesn’t a smith machine doesn’t count as a flat bench if you are maxing , like what you do on smith isn’t the same that you do on flat bench
As great and positive as he and this channel are, I sure do wish he'd do more gym demos shirtless....
Shredded, man!
Can you sponsor some athletes?? I wanna rep your company !!
What exercises do you do for rear delts?
I get stretch marks on my chest and biceps when I workout, any help?
Do u not do under chest exercises?
Do you warm up with cardio before doing the warmup sets for the exercise?
No, he warms up with the exercises
3:33 - 3:34 B 🩸L🩸O🩸O🩸D
How often do you do unilateral work?
How long was this workout session?
Q: second frame. What is that weight your pressing?
12 plates?
Warm up
Please do a calf work out
I am a goal keeper
I want a plan to my calfs
Please do a video
There are 100s of calf videos on UA-cam, I would recommend John Meadows, Ben Pakulski, Hypertrophy Coach, Eugene Tao
@@RDS_Armwrestling Eugene is underrated
@@Biggiiful yeah I love his stuff
