staying calm much easier said than done people dont choose to panic, and often once you start to panic you cant think rationnally and all that is set in your mind is grab something
THIS lesson is invaluable. Do NOT panic. I know, easier said than done. Remember also, your lungs full of air acts somewhat as a balloon. No excuse to drown in non-moving water if there's not a medical issue. Thanks so much for this video.

@@theo-dv3ur Ok, so first, please tell me you're not "learning to swim" by yourself, alone. Second, this guy gives great advice as to how to save your life and you're debating WHY you have anxiety about it? And of COURSE you panic by choice. And you can LEARN NOT to choose that path. There are literally MILLIONS of people who have chosen, after being anxious, to CONTROL it. You CAN do it.
@@purselmer5931 yes i am learning to swim alone often staying near the wall so i can grab it in case and always in area with lifeguard when i first tryed to go to the pool i wore a buoyancy jacket so i could experiement how it feel to move in water and figure out how i wanted to swim about panic, i have a phobia created by trauma, even in shower i can feel nervous when water get close to my eyes
