They are very cheap and surprisingly efficient. Peel just slides off. This week I've been productive in the kitchen. I just made deli “meat” for the first time this past weekend! But it looks like I’m going to have to make it again because your recipe is totally different the other recipe I followed used tofu and vital wheat gluten.
