  • Yoga for irregular periods will help period irregularities, regulate menstrual cycle, fertility, weight loss, period flow, pcos and common problems associated with 𝐢𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐝𝐬 even if you're a beginner. One major cause of irregular periods is hormonal imbalance.

    𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐝𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰 to the reproductive organs. Through moving the body in and out of different postures, yoga works to stretch the body’s muscles.
    Over time, a woman can create more space in the pelvis, allowing for increased circulation. With increased blood flow comes increased energy levels. When the reproductive organs are able to hold more energy, they can naturally find a new state of balance.
    Also, by practicing certain breathing techniques (pranayama) and hand gestures (mudras) you can have a cleansing effect on the body.
