What a nice surprise, a mid month workout! I wish I had seen this earlier this morning I would have made it my Sunday rest day bounce. Love these easy going step focused bounces, very good way to get some low key movement in any time. Thanks Claire and Scott!
My husband and I both love you all's videos, but we only have one rebounder. Video idea: one of you does rebounding moves while the other is doing weights on the side and switch. Do you have a video like this?

It’s been a while since I’ve done one of your workouts…I forgot how amazing these are! This one was the perfect balance of pushing me without feeling completely overwhelmed!
Did this again this evening to get some more movement in. You two always make me giggle when you do workouts together 🥰 I ended with the bedtime stretch 🤩
First time doing this today and liked it. Not too physically strenuous but lots of step. I think my knee took the burn so I did till 3,500 steps and did my inhale/exhale/leg stretch and arm stretch before getting off my rebounder. TY. ❤
I have just watched through this video and I didn’t see any reason for concern or movement. So please do not worry yourself over this I can assure you he’s not only incredibly experienced but he’s very safe to 😁
I think you are mistaken , I just concentrated on watching Scott's rebounder for a good 10 mins - no moment of the legs. It may be the deceptive angle of the camera that is making you think it looks uneven. Your eyes dont always see the reality.😊
