Thats amazing and we have more like this at a slower pace. In our beginners playlist please look for bounce for Restricted Movement, plus size bounce part 1, bounce for mobility and movement and bounce for lipedema. These will all be great options for you to try as well. Thank you for watching ☺️

I have been rebounding randomly with my own steps for a while, and for some reason today decided to look for actual workouts on youtube, and I am SO glad I did!! Made it so much more fun! I am excited to try lots of your workouts!! I told my husband about it and how cool it was to have your parents working out too... He is silent for a minute and then says, "How did the parrots do??" 😂😂 Any chance rebounding improves hearing? 😂😊 After enjoying a good laugh and trying to imagine what parrots rebounding would look like, he says, "It is youtube, so you never know!"

Hubby & I are both learning, your queuing is perfect & the series for beginners/elderly is perfect to gain our confidence. @@myrna8131 do you mean the JumpSport trampoline? It’s a softer bounce depending on the model you go for and you will have the option on the 300 - 500 models to change the tension of your cords to. Whereas with leaps you don’t have that option. In the info of this video we can offer 10% off the JumpSport 300 & 500 models if you decide to get one of their rebounders as well.

So thankful I found your channel. I love the counting steps. I recently started rebounding and have seen a lot of videos but too many were too advanced for me. Your program is super easy . I love the no jumping off the mat…thank you again for these wonderful step routines…
I love this series! Love your parents! I really appreciate that you provide BPM. I like your music but that gives me the option to find a similar BPM playlist to mix things up. Hope there will be more in this series!
It really depends on you and how much you exert yourself? Doing full on exercise daily can sometimes mean we need to take rest days but these Can he active rest days. Gently bouncing for 5-15mins a day is great for your lymphatic system as well as keeping movement throughout the body and these classes are great for that. So I would say yes you can rebound daily it just depends on how long and how intensely you want to do it for
@@patc4074 perfect that’s great. We have lots in the beginners category so just enjoy and keep doing what you are doing. If you are having a low energy day but still want to move then these classes are perfect and just go at your own pace

I just got my trampoline set up yesterday with my son. He did all the muscle work. 😊 I’m gonna start with this video. It seems easy on the beginners.

Does anyone know why do my knees hurt why I do these exercises? I thought they are supposed to be very low impact and easy on the joints?
