I would say him moving in platonically and acting as another male figure in the younger sister’s life would be better. It’s up to Jacoby though and his pov on it.
@@theta_clips I said that because Gaius didn’t seem to fit a romantic relationship, even with the older sister(forgot her name). You know, not every character needs to have a romance.
If you decide to do another honest trade series like the miner or alchemist, I think life as a woodcutter or carpenter has some good potential. I sometimes play characters whose only source of income is selling firewood to innkeepers. Maybe the goal is to build all 3 Hearthfire houses or something along those lines. I love the new series and am looking forward to more episodes!
Catching up with this series, freaking love your videos my man! Especially this character. You still have some to learn with alchemy! Your potions could be much stronger if you increased your perk tree and enchanted some gear to improve alchemy, as this increases the strength of your potions. Also when you're mixing potions you're always combining 3 ingredients without looking to see if it actually increases the potency (before you mix the potion it tells you what it will do)! Often it doesn't make a different it just adds different effects! And as someone else said, fortifying health makes it harder to heal. It's a shame I didn't follow the series as you made it, I hope you figure it out later!
Fortify health increases the max health, and if they aren't already at full health it makes healing take longer. Likely why the potions aren't as effective as healing hands.
Yeah, this was driving me crazy lol. Fortify health works fine in normal gameplay, but if your goal is specifically to get someone to full health, you'll want restore health WITHOUT fortify. Unrelated, iirc I don't think there's a cure disease on other spell...
An interesting twist would be if he gets so upset with the death caused by the world around him that he takes up necromancy to bring back those who have fallen in death. Just a thought. It could keep the playthrough going too with a fun twist on it.
Just got on this one from episode 1, loving Gaius's journey as a healer so far! If you're continuing with Mara as your divine, the quest about nightmares in Dawnstar might be a good one to go for. Erandur, the priest you help, is also a priest of Mara and the quest in general has good vibes for a healer character imo
My friends visited the dentist today wish the healer gaius would help with the pain but I will settle with this silly little pain killers silly little things.
“Lots of ways to help people. Sometimes heal patients; sometimes execute dangerous people. Either way helps.” Mordin Solus (Mass Effect) I think Gaius agrees with this sentiment ^^
'It was always those minds that were hardest to heal' the Healer thought as he walked into Solitude and trying his best to ignore the execution taking place. Minds that shrieked in agony. Minds that begged for forgiveness from the Divines. But the Healer couldn't fix minds, only bodies. He came to Solitude because of a rumor that a powerful mage that had the power to draw out those affiliated with such madness and banish it. The rumored mage was living in the church, always praying and muttering words in an unknown tongue, feverish with fanatic devotion that caused other priests to gaze in awe and fear, and strive to match the mage faith and devotion. The Healer entered the church and saw a man at the front of its pew, head bowed in prayer. "Um, excuse me,sir-?" The Healer started to say, but was interuppted by two priests carrying a wailing Imperial soldier past him. The man stopped praying and turned around. The Healer gazed at him. The mage was a Breton, or looked like one. His head was shaven and wore blue robes that were fraying at the seams. His eyes were a bright blue that seemed to sparkle in restraint and amusement that seemed impolite at the situation going on around him as he got up from his seat. The Breton held up a finger to the Healer and placed his hand on the Imperials head, causing a dark purple portal to erupt and a Flame Atronach to appear. The Breton looked at the Dremora and raised his hand crackling with lighning "Hello, what are you?! You should die!" He spat with fury and rage as he struck the atronach, causing it to disappear and the wailing Imperial to stop crying. The Imperial was thankful to the Breton, who glared in response in learning that the Imperial had tried to learn magic in summoning, and told him to leave. After the priests had left along with the Imperial, the Healer tried again, trying to be as polite as possible but was interrupted by the Breton greeting him rather...cheerfully. "My Beloved says you want to learn how to heal people. I can teach you. I can also teach you my secret language too. It has fifteen vowels." The Breton said, his voice high pitched in mania and restrained glee.
You should think of enchanting your armor with alchemy or restoration sines you use those a lot Edit: just remembered that using restoration enchantments also increase the poison rune damage, because for some reason its in the healing class
Hey, Love your work Jacoby. Double love this idea [TOO BAD it is only on SE - would love to be able to play this type o'mod (re: Here To Help - Healing and Helping Others) in LE] thanks and Game On my friend.
Been loving this alchemist series, and now healer series a lot but for the next series, I think maybe you should do a combat focused play through maybe life as an adventurer or life as a mercenary and maybe you could use the j'zargo mod and he could be your companion he has lot’s too say so it’ll definitely make it very interesting but that’s just my suggestion whatever you end up doing with this series or with the next one I’ll definitely watch it and enjoy it either way been loving the Contant lately Thank you Jacoby.
You talked about Gaius maybe realizing that not only healing would be required for Skyrim but dispatching those who continue to cause pain and prey on others. Could this lead Gaius wanting to grow his sword arm or archery to eventually become a paladin knight, to escort pilgrims or even join the Dawnguard? Utilizing alchemy and restorations. Maybe even using companions from the college and from the healer journey on his quest. Doable but definitely understand your pov on that if it doesn’t fully fit.
Life as a servant of meridia. Cleanse Skyrim of undead? I don't know if there is a mod for praying to deadra. Also isn't it about time to get stronger healing spells as well?
At the end of Gaius' story you should have him settle down at the Nirnroot farm and marry the dark elf lady.
I would say him moving in platonically and acting as another male figure in the younger sister’s life would be better. It’s up to Jacoby though and his pov on it.
@@thewarden3554 cringe !
@@theta_clips what’s cringe exactly?
@@thewarden3554 Advocating to play as a platonic male figure in a younger sister of a woman elligible for courtship's life.

It's so funny watching Gaius run from bandits and picking ingredients along the way like "oh a piece of candy!"

Got something very similar to that coming
Lots of ways to save lives, sometimes heal patients, sometimes kill bad guys.

i was looking for this comment lol. It drives me crazy every time i rewatch this series.
The narrative to your life as series is great! I really like the way you make the characters seem so real
Thanks man!
Hey, you're welcome, keep up the great work!
Found the first episode last night, really enjoying these adventures. Thanks so much!

I was curious how this guy was gonna react going into Markarth. The instant paralysis spell was great 😂

Love your videos man I’ll be here to watch all your elder scrolls 6 series🦾 when it drops lol
"Look at this band of adventurers, they must need a healer for sure!"
Meanwhile, the adventurers are thinking "Do we have enough DPS?"
Excited to see that Gaius goes on!
Love watching your videos
Thanks my man!

i recommend you go back to roikstead and do thde quest with the ghost man at the plantation. As a healer, you should heal the hearts of the dead too..
If you use Ordinator Mod, you can perk restoration into false light and your friends get healing and your enemies get damage health.
Ive just joined your skyrim life series, and cant believe I'm so far behind. Will watch it all XD

Really enjoying this series
I'm really liking the poison rune meta but a little healing in combat would probably be helpful 😂😂
Since your trying to be non-violent maybe you could use paralysis potions and fear/ flee magic

Do Life as a Shaman. there some great spell mods that add elemental spells, Avatar style.
Go for life of a cleric!
sweet series
Would you be up for doing "Life as a librarian" and collect every book in skyrim?🙏
Newwww episode!!!!!🎉🤘
Life as a servant of meridia. Cleanse Skyrim of undead? I don't know if there is a mod for praying to deadra.

I'd love to see inigo the companion mod in one of you playthroughs
its a bummer you cant see how much you must heal there is also a quest to cure someone with ironnut soup or someting
Shit I caught up, now I’ll have to wait 😅
15 seconds ago xd Love the content bro!
King!
First and good video
Can’t get this vid to run... Is it corrupted?
Avoids the best farm house. Lol
You're a healer and you just stood there and watched that poor horse gets slaughtered😢
Not a good start😂
Are you going to continue life as a vigilant?
this is awsome, but can I heal those solders in vanilla game?
charred skeever hide and felsaad tern feathers
Great video but it's not a good idea to put body in the water 😅
Fortify is for combat, not healing.
Become jarl of iverstead
40:16 bethesda af lmao
You know, when you lose a patient you can still help them with a little something called necromancy. It really... helps the dead. 😀
