post10 would have had that drained in 6 minutes.
Yep
Ahhh, I see you're a man of culture as well.
Ah yes another post10 fan I see
with less poeple and less orders...he's a flow master
BED. Man is that a problem?
In the time it took to film this, post 10 would've drained the street, showed where the water was coming out, gone down the road and drained another street, then flown to Edmonton Alberta and cleared the snow from the parking lots
Get off UA-cam and go make that ramp for beansie you bastard!
Ok I really LOL'd. You forgot that post 10 would have also found the sinkholes and notified the proper authorities.
@@AD-hq2uz post 10 would've raised the sea level by 10cm in the time it took to film this
😂😂😂
And he’d still have time to go into a culvert lol
Lots of talking, very little draining
My thoughts exactly.....
Try post 10
@@Blue_5678 🤣
Yep, couldn't watch anymore, didn't even get half way through. Waste of time. I'll stick to post 10.
What do to expect, yanks
The neighborhood people were trying to fix that for hours. Almost giving up, post 10 is seen on horseback... with the sunset on his back, riding towards them. They are saved !!
With his rake strapped to him lol
I love this comment
Lol
This flood gives Post 10 a hard on.
This is how I see the world and it’s problems. Solved by someone like Post10
This is west Chester, we help each other.
Proceeds to film and not help.
mikdre hahahaha
Telling sewers locations so workers can do their job is help.
Retu Clan they live there too. I’m sure they know.
@@TheZippaduppa but these aren't workers ( at least not all of them). Most of them were people, who lived there and volunteerd. He could have helped them though and still tell them where the drains are, instead of just filming and walking from A to B. This is called efficiency.
Omg I was thinking the same thing..seems to think all he needs to do is input his extensive knowledge of the sewer locations.
the stabilization of the camera is the most impressive thing here

We know he's not post10 and we love post10 plus we learn a great deal from him with every video, but this guy's out there unclogging drains too, when he doesn't have to be and that's a very good thing!
Practice makes perfect! I'm sure he's getting better by the day! Thanks for sharing your video Timmy! 😃
Right.
Good job
Everybody’s got to start some where.
@@Britskee2003 , Post 10 is probably happy that others are trying.
Not only is he trying, but he is trying while having to explain to neigh or that he is draining them...
My boy post10 would have cleared the whole street, cleared the whole city, cleared the whole pacific ocean and made it back for dinner
Hell yeah my friend
I love the fact that, when it comes to clearing drains and such, Post10's name is everywhere.
*All Your Drain Are Belong to post 10*
Post 10 would have had this street drained and dried by himself and no tools in 3 min.
Post 10 was busy saving kittens from a burning building, teaching algebra at the home for Widows and Orphans and I think he stays busy monitoring the deep web for sleeper cells.
Lol give me to tell me he was off making vaccines?

You don't know how big that town is. Maybe that's all they've got. The dog votes.
and the dog did more than the 4 people combined.
Believe me I used to live in this town, that may as well be the entire population
so it did flood whole streat
Can we talk about the end? This dude so smoothly ran keeping the camera frame still. that is some pure talent right there!
where's the achievements
Pretty sure that a Gimball was being used.
the video should be called talking about draining a flooded street
Or, idiots with rakes.
It should be called intentionally blocking drains to flood a roadway to film a video but being super retarded about it and panicking at the end when they realize they aren't engineers whatsoever and handing the camera off to a child.
Or draining a flooded street failed
Yep, while they work and I watch and film. Guess the most important job in being "Neighborly" is showing everyone how hard everyone without a camera rolling is working.

It was so nice the neighbors were talking to eachother helping out, I never had a neighborhood like that.
Ummm ... the Sewer and Storm drainage system are SEPARATE systems for a reason. Opening the Sewer to drain a street can overwhelm the SEWER systems and cause major leakage of sewer waters to the open environment. NEVER OPEN SEWER LIDS to drain rain water!!
Thank you. I was hoping someone would mention this.
Storm sewer is a term used in some areas I’m assuming that’s what he means
@@BAMCIS13450703 I was thinking the same thing, I think they mean drains, like storm drains, but who knows I guess
Exactly right. There are storm water _ surface water systems and sanitary sewer systems. They are different for a reason. Yes, overwhelming a sanitary sewer system would be really bad and risk putting sewer water in basements.
@@univac7677 apparently where this is filmed, in West Chester, they have a combined system, meaning that both sewage and drain water go down the same pipes. Quite a few people who are familiar with the area have commented on it, along with one checking the city plans or something.
For sure Post 10 would have had that street cleared in a few minutes.
And this is why we rake up the leaves. I think it's awesome that they all worked together to get this done.

Call post 10 he knows where the drains are.
I've done this before. Listening to everyone talk with their opinions and ideas, is why I like to do things by myself.
Post10 videos are more satisfying and HE HIMSELF drains the flooding and films it too :)
So, one hysterical guy, one know-it-all guy and two confused old people. Got it.
Ask post 10 for advice on cameras, explanations as to what the problem and what homeownes need to do in the future, how you can rectify their situation with a small fee, etc.,, okay? Keep up the good work!!
Post 10 would be disapointed in this effort
If you people know your streets flood when it rains heavily, then you all need to get out and keep debris away from the sewers. Don't go depending on your city/township to get out and keep them clear.
That's like being armed with a weapon, because it takes a few min. for the police to get there. With a weapon, and the knowledge when and how to use it, can save your life faster than a cop.

They should have kept raking the storm drain cover.
From what I could see all these people accomplished absolutely nothing.
They accomplished making a roadway completely impassable by intentionally blocking drains in hopes to film a viral video.

@@trailcrawlersrc3919 only open clogged grates
As a municipal employee, I must put in my 2 cents...
1) Storm drain, not "Sewer". Two totally different systems.
2) Once the grates are cleared, if it doesn't drain, it's simply because the storm drain system as a whole is overloaded. Give it time.
3) Thank You, I now have every storm drain location on your street memorized, as it was repeated 387 times.

"Draining a street" ...doesn't drain the street. lol
It does take a significant amount of time if they really did try to...
Considering how much filth is at drains are, and if they haven't been cleaned in a while...
Plus if it floods that much....
It takes time, a Hella lot of time.
We did get it drained eventually
@@TimmysVideos how long did it took? Just wondering...
Like 2 hours
If you eventually drained it after 2 hours, would it have been better to have filmed it towards the end of that 2 hours? When the water was almost cleared?
Water going under concrete or tarmac i think i would watch out for a sink hole in the future
That's what I thinking
Next time it floods, have a person with a rake at each drain clearing the leaves so they do not slow the water from drainaging. Good job for taking an initiative in solving a flooding problem.
I'm going to have to watch at least 4 Post 10 videos after this.

People that help each other out!
Cameraman: Absolutely no help at all.
He gave it to his little brother I think
Did you happen to direct what should enter the STORM drain system into SEWER manholes??
If so, you might be shocked at the liability you can incur from causing stormwater to overwhelm the downstream sewer and force filthy water into homes at a lower elevation...
Storm water should not be directed into sewer main.
There are holes in the covers.....
NEVER open a sewer cover. You have no idea if it goes to a stormwater system or a sanitary system. This happened in our village, someone thought they were being helpful and did this, but tons of rainwater went into the sanitary system and flooded people's basements.
@@kevinbuckley4231 as I said before, the are holes in the covers. The rain water goes in the holes. Pretty freaking obvious it's a non-issue. Common sense.
@@saltwaterrook4638 There are small holes, designed to limit the amount of water going into the system. It's like a small dam whereas if you open the flood gate completely, there is a higher net gain than net loss of water. This effectively redirects water in a non issue area at a higher elevation to a more issue prone area at a lower elevation. Just think if everyone did this when their roads that have this same design (water collection via sloping and pooling ditches in the road.) One cannot just expedite this process and play as the hero or genius of the neighborhood. People need to think about WHAT happens to WHO, WHY it happens and HOW, WHEN it happens to YOU.
The plugged storm drains are along the curb, not in the middle of the street.
Post 10 could do all of this by himself and in 6 minutes
Why is these draining videos so, intresting? To watch i'm addicted to it lol

If They wouldnt throw their lawn clippings into the street to get washed into the storm drains this wouldnt happen
We have a winner. I see so many people do that! Then get angry with the municapality when this exact thing happens.
I was just going to say regular street sweeping practices can really help to avoid all this.
@@M22OHIO Do you realize how much it would cost the city to continually sweep all these streets they do keep the main streets in town cleaned but to clean all of them would cost lots of money and this is where the neighborhoods to to practice good environmental practices and not throw yard trash into the streets with their mowers then the problem will not exist . I saw what was mainly coming up out of those drains was yard clippings and debris
@@douglasmorrison9098
Yes I agree it's on the people to sweep the road in front of there house, in fact I was doing my street today I agree with you 100%. On the other hand though, I don't think once a month which is all I was getting at okay maybe once every other month, is to much to ask to get some of the finer dirt's and road debris beyond what regular people could do, hell your normal shopping mall probably gets it's parking lot cleaned every day every other day. My city owns a street sweeper it's sitting down at the city garage it's an Elgin Pelican and it's not some old model from 1982 either it's fairly new, they own it they bought it and paid for it, it's a city asset, obviously it's in the budget to use it, hell I pay $6,000 a year in property taxes and also sales tax and income tax, so I don't think twice a quarter to have the streets swept with the machine is to much to ask especially since the city already owns the machine and there going to raise my taxes anyhow that's just inevitable weather we like it or not any money they "saved" isn't going to come back to me anyhow it'll just be squandered somewhere else.
But I'm sorry isn't having a normal street sweeping program just part of running a city isn't that what the city service department is for? Especially where I live the city negotiated a lousy garbage hauling contract for what we pay and for what we get the city should just go back to doing it them selves like they used to do for the prior 50-60 years, but that's another topic anyhow they stop brown bag collection way to early and we have a lot of leaves and the city encourages people to just throw piles of leaves on the tree lawn and eventually the city vac truck will get to it. Personally I think that's stupid, I always throw my leaves out I don't pile anything up, but other neighbors do, and all it does is clog storm sewers and make a mess so I think if the city is going to collect the leaves with the vac truck and take forever getting to it, because of the rain or what ever the reason is, then at the very least if nothing more, come by once in the fall and once in the spring I don't think twice a year or maybe once after a major weather event is going to break the budget.
But I do agree with you over all you are correct I saw the same thing you did.
@@M22OHIO Those shopping malls and such actually pay to have their lots cleaned the cities dont do those plus your shopping centers and malls have to pay to have their parking lots cleared when it snows and in some cities there is an ordinance requiring them to clen their lots after a snow storm because of safty concerns
I like the way you handle problems, and you get the job done, hope you land a raise....
This is fun watching so many clueless people.
You should probably get an inspector to check that street, if it’s seeping through the concrete, then you are at risk for sink holes.

Yup, post10 would have figured this out in about 20 seconds and had it cleared in 5 minutes.
Convenient how everyone waited until the flooding was complete before clearing the stormwater drains.
To think they probably pay taxes to have the city do that, and those tax dollars get swallowed up into god knows what. So here they are having to do it themselves. Ah the efficiency of government...
Since they are talking about a massive flood which occurred years ago they should have gotten out there much sooner. You learn from history.
Just for anyone watching this... do not attempt to drain rainwater into sewage... you can cause the sewage systems to become over loaded. Also, you are also letting in all the debris from the street such as pine needles leaves, etc and let me just say shit + pine needles and leaves = really bad clogs.. similar to how we used to use pine needles etc + mud to create bricks. Basically, with all those tens of thousands of gallons of water mixed with dirt and other debris surging into the sewage I wouldn't be surprised if they caused a massive sewage leak elsewhere.
Just some good people fixing where they live. I love it.
